After tried few of caterer this one definitely the best so far

Foodline's customer service was helpful in transferring queries to the caterer. However, was told that cash on delivery was acceptable but caterer said otherwise. The caterer also did not confirm the receipt of the payment nor reply the SMS sent 1.5hrs before the event asking about it, causing us to worry about the arrival of the food. The delivery fee was suspicious as well, as we were told buffet ($50) option was not possible due to Covid-19 and have to be catering ($30) although we were allowed to have the buffet spread chosen. But we had to pay $50 with 2 less dishes and no buffet setup just because the buffet menu was used (dishes are almost the same).

Generally speaking, the food was pretty good. We enjoyed it quite a bit. The delivery service was also consistently prompt and on time and that helps too. Good experience overall and will order again. Customer service also is top notch. Thumbs up!

I’ve tried the three days trial Lunch tingkat which was totally impressed me with the generous portion and the dish are delicious but some of the dish are a little bit oily. However, I’ll still recommend to try on this tingkat. definitely worth the money

It’s my second time ordering from them though certain foods are repetitive the one that I had before however they do provide new dish that I had never try before. Overall it’s worth the money.

I must say that I forgot to take picture as their food are too good that I started eating without taking photos. My wife has asked me to order from them the next time.

Food is nice and deliver is on time. Save trouble to gout and buy food. Moat important no need to fuss what to eat.

2nd time ordering but this time its for a longer period. Quite satisfied with the meals for all 10 days. The lunch portion is good enough for 2 pax as their one pax serving is a lot.

Ordered tingkat. Delivery time was good, and the food tasted good too. Suits our taste. Also, customer service is prompt and good.
