Food taste and variety was quite good. Though i had the promo for only 5 days i find the food quite appetizing

Food received was hot & nice display. Enough for 1-2 Pax. Good variety.
Soup was nice and not salty.

The portion is huge and it’s value for money. However, the varieties of food can be quite limited as the dishes are repeated at times.

Mediocre food quality and taste. variety of food is also so-so - they kept giving us the same veg dish (lo han chai) 5 days in a row. quality of ingredients could be better too especially the 4th dish (which was usually some processed food like nuggets, fish ball etc).

The soups were generally quite good but 45% of the dishes were misses. It's pretty poor value for money because this tingkat caterer is a lot more expensive than your average caterer. With the price I am paying, I do expect above-average dishes 85% of the time. The customer service is good.

Initially was good. However, nearly everyday same dishes and also, subsequently the quality has deteriorated and one of the vegetable dish has worm inside, which is very disappointing.

Also, the delivery service standard has dropped as well as the delivery man just hung the food simple at the door handle and when we opened the door, the food dropped to the ground and food spilled.

Overall, quite disappointed and so stopped with this caterer.

These five days of tingkat from Bayfront has been an eye-opener as it is my first tingkat ever! I am very pleased with my food as it is not salty as I had expected from caterings—it is just right. The portions are adequate as well,if I had added rice it will be enough for 2 small eaters like myself.

Food is mostly very delicious and portions generous. Vegetable dishes are consistently nicely cooked with fresh ingredients. Only complaint is similar dishes are repeated too often.

Delicious and very much the comforting home-cooked food that we are looking for. Not salty or too oily. Portions are generous. Service is especially good, with questions promptly answered and menu sent to my phone. Highly recommended.

Second time trying out on food line and this caterer is really good! Love the food, portion is huge (ordered for 2 pax dinner but we always could not finish the food given). Very value for money, will recommend!
