No. Both rice (Beriani rice and fried rice) not well cooked. Prawns so small. The potato salad is hard.
The white been hoon quite tasteless. Other then that is quite ok. Hope with this feedback Bijan will try to improve it. Driver and delivery guys are trying their best to set up the buffet tables.

Delivery for setup came earlier than expected so he can take his time to do the full buffet setup slowly
The presentation was presentable. Delivery man is also friendly and his setup was great. Pineapple fried rice is great n healthy by using basmati rice. This was unexpected but a pleasant experience

Overall the food is great, the potion is more than what i expected. All my guests like it too. will order again in future

I feel compelled to share my honest experience with the mini catering order from Bijan via FoodLine. Unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing and not at all worth the S$228 I paid.

Out of the 6 items delivered, 5 had to be thrown away because they had gone bad before the stated consumption time. The food was supposed to be good until 9 PM, but by around 8 PM, the chap chye had already spoiled and the chicken tasted off. On top of that, the vegetarian fried bee hoon that was supposed to cater to my vegetarian guests had small prawns in it — this was shocking and unacceptable. My vegetarian guests ended up having nothing to eat.

Everything was delivered cold in a box at around 6 PM, and clearly, the food was not kept at the right temperature before or during delivery. It was an utter waste — not just of money, but also food, which I ended up throwing away.

None of my guests enjoyed the food, and I am very upset with this experience. I am requesting a full refund for the poor quality and mislabeling of food. This was my first time ordering through FoodLine, and sadly, I will not be returning.

For future customers, I strongly urge FoodLine not to recommend Bijan for catering. This experience has left a very negative impression.

Food and Service was wonderful, up to my expectation. My guests love it! Great choice and I will definitely order from them again.

Positive:
Food was generally fine except cheng tng.
Price is worthwhile.
Setup fine and well on-time by 1.40pm

Negative:
Forgot to bring salad and fruit punch.
Promise to send by 2.30pm, never came.
Salad and punch came abt 3.30pm, but guests have started to eat from 2.15pm, had no drinks, we had to get spare drinks.
Eventually 80% punch and salad not consumed.
Cheng tng 70% not taken, forgot ice, not cold, guests don't find it tasty.

Called manager, they can only say sorry, said driver forgot, but why is there no checks or SOP, to ensure problem is prevented.

I am sorry we are quite disappointed, maybe staff is short-handed to manage unexpected situations.

The caterer arrived an hour before the scheduled serving time to set up, and everything was perfectly on point. I had requested a late dismantling and collection, and they even exceeded my expectations in accommodating that. I’m truly pleased! Although I ordered for 100 guests, it felt like I received more than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. This is my second time ordering from Bijan, and both experiences have been great. The ordering process is hassle-free, and the food is not only delicious but also reasonably priced compared to other catering services. I truly appreciate the quality and value they provide. I’ll definitely continue to recommend Bijan to others who are looking for a reliable and affordable catering option. Thank you once again for the excellent service and generous portions. Food was good and generous portion for 40pax. The Mini buffet were ready on time for collection. Caterer called prior to my arrival so they got it ready for ease of loading and pickup. Must consume food within the stipulated time.

Well packed neatly and on time coordination. Food was savoury and tasty though a bit more salty for the sides. May consider to reduce the salt in future

Food came on time. The setup was fast and efficient. The food portion was just right and they all tasted really good! No regrets and would definitely order again in the future.
