Bistro Bowl @ NSRCC

Grilled chicken chop taste good but not hot dog which is salty and fried fish fillet got strong frozen taste. Not sure why my spending of $13 is not considered as minimum spending of $12 which causes additional cost to look for a cheapest item to top up to $12.
