Could add a colourful garnish to the fried rice to make it look better Potato salad - was alright Fried chicken with lychee sauce - this dish was a bit dry and tough, could use grilled chicken instead of fried Cereal Fish - this dish was good but could have used curry leaves to make it more fragrant Chilli sauce prawn - the sauce was good and the prawn was fresh, only feedback from people was lazy to peel the shell. Maybe it could have deshelled it before adding the sauce Kailan - dish was alright Siew Mai - crowd favourite, gone very early Crab claw - good finger food (all gone) Eclair - good pastry (all gone) Cold Cheng Teng - good Fruit Punch - alright One small issue with the drink canister tap was loose and spilled more than half the drink all over the floor halfway through the event.
