In addition, the majority of the dishes were overly salty, which significantly compromised the dining experience and reflected poor quality control in food preparation. On top of that, we rented 20 chairs, and the condition of the chairs was shocking. Many were old, worn out, and some even broken. It was embarrassing having to serve my guests with such ugly and poorly maintained chairs, especially when we are paying for proper equipment and a presentable setup. Customers deserve better than this. Given the price paid and the expectations set, the catering and rental service failed on multiple levels. I strongly urge the company to review their portioning accuracy, improve their food quality, and ensure that rental items are safe, presentable, and of reasonable standard.
