Broson Catering

We were very embarrass to receive complaints from our guests on how salty the fish was to the extent that it was inedible. Nearly the whole tray of fish was not eaten. We felt that it spoilt my son's 1 month celebration and we were very disappointed.

The food portion was very little! I almost got a shock when I saw the portion and table layout. It looked very miserable.
Utensils given were also minimum. Fortunately, my family members made another 4 dishes prior and brought our own disposable utensils as well.
To those who are considering Brosun, pls order the exact/more than the amt of ppl attending.
I didnt manage to eat anything. But feedback from friends and family were Stewed Mushroom Chicken was good but very little available. Fish Otah was not bad. Chilled Sago with Melon is actually Bandung with Sago and Water Melon. The looks of it was not appetizing and looks extremely sweet but taste not bad. Other dishes ordered: SiewBaiChai w/ Mushroom, Breaded scallop, fried rice, Chicken Yuan Bao were all normal/so-so.

The food and the warmer are not hot enough. The curry chicken is very dry.
