Broson Catering

I ordered Prawn With Pepper Salt, but was given a different type and the prawns are super not fresh. Most of the dishes are salty.
Disappointing as the other reviews are quite gd, that's why I choose to try this caterer.

Prawn was a bit limp, but excellent service. serving size seem a bit small for 30 pax though. Fortunately was still enough to go around.

No appropriate covers for the metal food tray were provided.

Some dishes do not seem to be enough for the number of paxs ordered. Quantity too little.

Prawn was not fresh.
serving was comparatively too little for the amount of people I ordered for.
Collection is supposed to be done 4h later but the person came 1h earlier instead.
