Broson Catering

The fried rice is tasteless. Lack of a bit ajinomoto.

Mee goreng was very dry and was hard by the end of the evening.
Prawns tasted ok, but were a bit soft and mushy.

The portion was small and prawns were not fresh. We were quite embarassed that our guest did not touch the prawns.

In addition, we were told by the caterer that they will be collecting at 4pm. That was quite early for collection. From my pass experience, caterer usually collects at 6pm where most guest would have left for a lunch buffet.

This cater service is money worthwhile. the food is better than expectations and the cater service's is friendly and nice. Did a great job in setting up the tables fast and efficient.

Actually I had high hopes on Broson Catering after I saw on internet it has good review.

My feedback is the hot & spicy curry chicken is very very oily ... I am a also disappointed because the delivery guy start coming at 9.30pm to throw the food away.

And also, the delivery guy who is a China guy wanted to throw the "still wrapped" almond bean curd with longan without asking our permission when most of our guests had not eaten it yet.

So, overall disappointing experience.
