I was delighted to learn of your interest in Chippy at 8:22pm on 13th April and was excited to receive your order the next day via Foodline at 10:47am. In our ... More correspondences, I experienced your consideration between the menu which I sent you via Whatsapp the night before and what you saw on Foodline on 14th April.

This was what happened between Chippy and Foodline. After I assured you that you can placed order through Foodline at 10:22am, I confirmed your order with Foodline at 10:49am. The pick up time is 12 noon, pick up location is Plaza Singapura outlet and serving time is stated 1:00pm (I have the screenshot of the confirmation job order). However when driver Muhammad Khairil Bin Abdul Rahim turned up at Far East Plaza, I quickly instructed him to go to the correct outlet. After, I learnt that Foodline has to coordinate with Lalamove to re-assign another driver and has the pick up time revised to 1:30pm. When I checked in with you at 2:18pm, I was disappointed that the order reached you an hour and 18 minutes later, your order were cold and there were missing items. The items were left at the serving counter of Plaza Singapura outlet.

I sincerely apology for the experience you had with Foodline. I will work out the mechanics with my partner so to prevent future happenings. Thank you for your patience.
