Upon collection, the food and the utensils were all properly packed in 2 large insulated food bags. The chin chow dessert is pre-packed in separate plastic containers. The gentleman who attended to me was helpful and courteous. We started serving the food 1 1/2 hours later and it was still warm. Everyone enjoys the food. It makes an enjoyable CNY celebration for my family and friends. I also would also like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Foodline and Cuisine Queen. A day prior to collection, there was a small hiccup on my order but it was promptly attended by Foodline (Ms Nikki) and Cuisine Queen (Ms Adeline) who were both very professional and courteous in resolving the issue.
