It’s our second time ordering and took it for 10-days this round. The portions could do slightly better for our 3-pax order. Also, we decided to do four dishes instead of three dishes with soup. They really may have potential to retain their ... More customers if they think of the menu real hard and realized of how important the taste of one dish potentially affects the rest. Sometimes, it’s a hit and miss thing. Some days are really great, others not so mouth-watering.

Food was average, soup can be repeat for 2-3 days.
vegetable sometime is overcooked.
1 meat, 1 veg, 1 soup, 1 either egg or toufu or other non meat dishes.

The food was good and delivery often arrived between 5.45pm-6.15pm warm. The menu could have better scrutiny as there was one day the meal, comprised of coleslaw, baked beans+sausages and a few pieces of fried fish, did not seem value for the money ... More paid. The subsequent menus and meals met expectations though. Customer service was good.

Basically our family enjoyed the tasty dishes. But only on the last (fifth) day, there was no vegetable dish. That is our only complaint. They had accompanying fried side dishes occasionally.

Delivery most of the time on time. Delivery guy will call if no one around. Good. The food is still warm when delivered. Will order again. foodline

Taste is pretty good. First few days dishes were quite nice.

But very surprised & disappointed to receive nuggets, coleslaw and baked beans with sausages and 3 microwaved eggs on the last day.

Understand this is Promo price for first time ... More order.. but I still don't think it's worth the money, as the caterer often use cheap ingredients like tofu dishes & processed food (fishballs, frozen dumplings, nuggets, sausages).

Good experience! Food dishes were securely wrapped with cling film over the container (1st time after we ordered from different caterers)

We first chose this caterer because of their competitive pricing.
When we started the trial, customer service was really good and they took our feedback positively.
I tried two other caterers and now I am going back to them because the we like ... More them best overall in terms of expectations on food taste and good service.
