'Delifrance

No indication of the sandwich information.

The box looks too big for 16 pcs.

The puff pastries appeared to be mini size. Hence food was not enough. The guests enjoyed the food thoroughly.

Fruit tarts were a hit with guests. Guests snapped them up within minutes.

Tarts was neatly packed into crates for ease of carrying too.

Overall, I had a pleasant experience, from the time it was delivered to the taste of the food. However, I think one area that can be improved on is to be transparent with the delivery cost. I had placed an order to be delivered at 8.30am. When Delifrance called to confirm the order, they said that I had to pay an additional $30 on top of the cost quoted to me by the website, FoodLine. It seems that the additional cost was not conveyed to the vendor at all. Hence, to ensure that a customer is able to make an informed decision and not wait for the confirmation call, please be clear about all the fees that the customer will incur. Thank you.

I made my order 2 days before the collection.
The caterer is able to provide me with what i needed on time and their staffs were courteous during the collection.

Delicious.
