Dragon Bowl is a food and beverage group which started in 14 Feb 2015 with a small outlet at Aperia Mall, since then our Head Chef Leong, together with his team have made wonders contemporary Cantonese cuisine, which preserve the traditional flavor to satisfy our guests.  Together with the front of house management, who comes from different hotel industry, we are committed to ensure our guest with excellent customer service and quality cuisine.

Dragon Bowl Restaurant serves a wide range of delicious Cantonese food ranging from our specialty Roast Peking Duck, Pan Fried “Kurobuta” Pork Chop with Honey Sauce, Braised Homemade Bean curd with Bamboo Charcoal Powder, Braised Pork belly in Special Sauce, Deep Fried Prawn with Pumpkin creamy Sauce, Double Boiled Fish Maw in Superior Shark’s bone soup and many more. There are also wide range of Liquor, Wine, Beer and Sho Chu specially selected by our F&B Management to pair with our cuisine.
