First time trying E-Creative food catering, food is nice and tasty, all the guest enjoyed the lunch and giving good comment on the food. However the portion for Curry chicken and Golden Egg Beancurd seems to be abit little for 50 Pax.

The dishes taste delicious, and my guests enjoyed the food a lot! The selections are wide and value for money!

The caterer was prompt in setup for the event. Food was kept warm when guests arrived. Very impressed with the quality, freshness of the food, great taste and good portions.
Our guests enjoyed almost all the items and was in praise of the taste and quality.
This is one of our favorite caterer that never fails to deliver great tasting and fresh ingredients and a wide selection to select from.

This was my second time ordering from this food caterer, and unfortunately, it will be my last. My experience this time around was disappointing on multiple fronts.

- they are helpful in making the changes and responds fast.

**Food:**
- The **pineapple rice** was a disaster. It turned sour before we even reached the halfway point of our event. Serving spoiled food is unacceptable.
- There was **not enough curry** to go around. For a caterer, running out of a main dish is a big oversight.
- The **seasonal vegetables** were utterly bland, so much so that no one wanted to touch them. They might as well have been raw given how tasteless they were.
- The **Thai sauce tofu** was rock hard. Instead of being a soft, delightful dish, it felt like chewing rubber.
- The **mango sago** dessert was another letdown. It was watery and lacked any real flavor. A sweet treat turned into a bland, unappetizing slop.

**Setup:**
- The event was scheduled from 12 PM to 4 PM. I was assured that the setup would start at 11 AM. Instead, they showed up at 10:30 AM, much earlier than agreed upon, causing unnecessary chaos.
- The setup itself was poorly managed. When I pointed out that the drink area was blocking the stairs and requested to move it to an empty space nearby, the staff responded rudely with, "Nobody will walk down ba?" Informed him that The food places at that end of corner are blocked by the drinks and it Will have difficultly in taking the food. He, being a tall slim guy justified that "can take, why can't reach?
He were reluctant to make the adjustment of the blockade of stairs and lack of professionalism on the simplest safety measures, and unwillingness to accommodate simple requests was very frustrating.

Overall, the experience was a major letdown. The food quality was poor, portions were insufficient, and the service was unprofessional. I had higher expectations based on my previous experience, but this time, they failed to deliver on all fronts.

The dishes are very generous and delicious.
The timing is very on time and food was delivered warmed as well. Utencils provided and including rubbish bag, tissues, table cloth as well. We have wonderful experience. Curry chicken is must have. second favourite is ceral prawns and desserts. everything is great.

The food was generally good except for the salad prawn with cocktail and tempura prawns which were soggy.

The service was great and the set up was very smooth. But the food had some hits and misses, and arrived quite cold. Would be better if food was hot.

Food was delivered way too early for my dinner gathering. Not the first time ordering from Ecreative. But this time round not sure if the food was delivered way too early, I don't find the food as nice as previous.

Overall the food was delicious & of good portion. If only the fried stuff can be crispy, that will make the whole experience better.

Too bad didn't get to try their signature yam paste as kitchen called to say something went wrong with the ingredients.

Catering was smooth. Timing punctual, in fact abit early. Food was decent for the price.

The only feedback will be the portion. For a 35 pax order it was kind of disappointing. Feels more like 20-25 pax. Significantly lesser than most competitors.
