Ecreative Catering provided a diverse array of dishes for our recent event, showcasing a mix of traditional favorites and innovative creations. While some dishes left a lasting impression, others failed to meet expectations.

Among the highlights was the Otak Otak, which stole the show with its bold flavors and perfectly balanced spices. Each bite was a culinary delight, showcasing the expertise of the chefs behind Ecreative Catering. It was a definite crowd-pleaser and received rave reviews from guests.

Additionally, the Signature Curry Chicken was another standout dish. The rich and aromatic curry sauce paired flawlessly with tender chicken pieces, creating a comforting and satisfying culinary experience. It was evident that attention to detail and quality ingredients were paramount in this dish.

The Wheat Prawn and Golden Salted Egg Fish with Crispy Fish Skin were also well-received. The prawns were juicy and succulent, while the fish boasted a crispy exterior and tender flesh, complemented by the delightful salted egg coating. These dishes showcased Ecreative Catering's ability to execute seafood dishes with finesse.

However, not all dishes resonated with guests. The Hong Siew Tofu with Mushroom failed to leave a lasting impression, lacking in flavor and creativity compared to other offerings. It seemed to miss the mark and did not align with the high standard set by the rest of the menu.

On the other hand, the Thai Pineapple Rice and Sin Chow Bee Hoon offered a delightful balance of flavors. The sweet and tangy notes of the pineapple rice paired harmoniously with the savory noodles, providing a satisfying option for those with different taste preferences.

To conclude the meal, the Yam Paste with Gingko Nuts dessert provided a comforting and nostalgic finale. The creamy yam paste and nutty gingko nuts combined seamlessly, offering a sweet and satisfying end to the dining experience.

In summary, Ecreative Catering showcased a range of dishes that displayed both culinary expertise and creativity. Salted egg fish was a big favourite, especially among the audience that received the food. Honey chicken's flavour was decent as well, however there was a bit of smell to the chicken (frozen chicken smell)

2nd time order from ecreative. Overall food is gd and setup is fast and on time but garlic bread which come with mushrooms soup fail to deliver (contacting caterer on this matter) and I have top up for the chilled cream of mango sago (its different from mango sago) not worth the top up taste so so only. Deliverman came late (close 2hrs) to collect setup after event and got called up by security guard. Need to push out the setup out of function room (1st pic)

Dishes are nice! Highly recommended signature curry chicken!! It was so delicious!!
Only the fruit tarts(desserts) quite disappointed, abit too soft and not really tasty.
But overall I still satisfied with it!

Food quantity was good but the menu given was not as per what we had order, could have been better , but food is good

Came within the time stipulated, food was still warm.
Dishes were fantastic, tasty... Portions good enough for 10pax... Pleasantly surprised that a plastic table cover, trash bags, disposable utensils including serving utensils were provided.... Overall experience good.

Highlighy recommend to all that wants to do a small corporate events or small gatherings with friends and family. I would definitely order from ECREATIVE catering again. ????❤️

My guests prefer this healthier choice the last one we ordered under classic signature order. The sambal fish and chicken burger are popular, too. Except for pineapple rice, it is too dry n plain, a honeydew sago too watery, and not enough coconut milk and fruits. You need to increase more quantity for all dishes. Also, I would like to give feedback to the management that should give extra items FOC for return loyalty to the customer as to encourage repeat orders. The caterer rejected to give after they I was promised when confirmation. But the staffs are quick and friendly during the whole process of my order. Would recommend to friends and relatives. Thanks!

First time ordered from this caterer years ago, not really good. Read good review recently. Gave it a try again. Big improvement from this caterer. Every dish taste good except the salad prawn was soggy. Probably it was prepared early and the sauce absorbed by the batter. Portion is generous. Really value for money. 12 dishes at $17.90 before GST. Delivery is prompt. Highly recommended

Service was very prompt and good, both the person liaising to confirm the order, as well as delivery guy. Food portions are ok, guests seemed to prefer pineapple rice to the bee hoon. Salted egg fish also seemed a bit bland and was not very popular with guests, had a lot of left over. Curry chicken can have more chicken. Fruit cocktail can also have more fruits, mostly syrup water. Food was not so oily which is good.
