Food was good. it was all finished. taste of food was not too salty or oily and very palatable. portion and quantity was also just nice. my guests and i had a great time.

Delivery was 1 hour early. Food wise not fantastic especially the tempura which we can't even taste the prawns inside. The chicken wings were not properly cooked too. Suggest not to order deep fried stuff as they may turn soggy. The Chicken Curry and Bee Hoon were good though.

Overall food was good but all the fried stuff were soggy especially the salad prawn which was disappointing.

Delivery guy is friendly. Food spread is good, suggest if your guests invited is 50 to order only for 30 pax, enough to feed 50pax. Buffet set up is neat, will definitely order again for our next party. Just the collection a bit too prompt.

Can I check what time the food was prepared? This is totally unacceptable.
I want a reply and compensation from ecreative catering or foodline.
Otherwise I will inform NEA.

The food was unexpectingly good.. everyone has praises and felt the same. Definitely worth more than the value and wait. The curry chicken was soft, the siew mai was also good. The rice and beehoon were fantastic.

Repeat customer. Food and service is good! Tempura prawn, cheese balls were especially good. Broccoli was also well cooked. Guests were satisfied with the overall dishes

Worst caterers' administration ever.

Make seperate payment for extra 5× stools and 1× table but admin claims theirs system did not update their delivery team.

Requested to add 5 pax for buffet from 35 pax to 40pax, in the end some of my guests have to end up eating while standing.

Report to admin via WhatsApp but no reply due to my event was on Sunday.
Lousy service orientated caterer.

Admin replied only the next morning.
Only know how to keep repeating sorry via text.
Whole incident, catering company only refunded $19 for the missing additional stools and table.

No other forms of offer for compensation to make up for their mistake.
I will never ever use this company again for my future events.

Use at your own risk type of catering service.

Overall the food is ok. However it can be better. There’s feedback on the red eggs not fully cooked.
