Ordered from ECreative Food Catering for our gathering and had a really good experience. The food was tasty, fresh, and everyone enjoyed it. There was a good variety of dishes, and the portions were generous too. Delivery was on time, and everything was packed nicely. The staff were friendly and easy to communicate with, making the whole ordering process smooth and hassle-free. Overall, the food quality was worth the price, and our guests gave lots of positive comments. Will definitely order from ECreative Food Catering again for future family gatherings or celebrations. Highly recommended if you're looking for reliable catering with delicious food!

This is our go to caterer whenever we have birthday celebrations. Reason: customer service from Foodline & both Ecreative are quick & friendly; food is generally nice and portion is acceptable too.

Food came on time, but the quality of food was disappointing compared to the previous time we ordered from the same caterer.

Delivery was within the window we requested, and the bentos were decent for a standard seminar. Teriyaki chicken tasted great! The mango pudding cups were a bit loose, so some of the juice leaked out onto the tray on the way during the delivery. But overall still good value for money caterer to look for if your team is on a tight budget.

The food was just okay, but the quality was quite poor and the portion size was disappointing. Despite raising the issue, no discount, refund, or replacement was offered. Overall, it was not a satisfactory experience.

The quality of the food is great and it’s good value. All the dishes are tasty and the portion is good. I appreciated that the sauce is separated from the broccoli and Scallop which helps keep them fresh. The person delivering the food is kind and waited for us although we are a little late.

Food was ok. But service is extremely bad. My venue had a cut-off timing (4pm) and during the order, it was stated to end at 3pm, so I have a 1h buffer.

However, the caterer did not appear even well after 4.30pm, and I have to shift all the stuff out myself as the venue was already locked up.

Throughout the whole ordeal, the caterer was uncontactable and even Foodline was unable to contact them. Extremely bad.

Delivery was within time and food was tasty. However food was delivered cold and sadly, the Yakitori & Otak portion was not enough for 10 pax as can be seen in pic. Only 9 sticks of yakitori and 5 otak to be shared by 10 pax.
