The food arrived cold due to a delivery delay of over 30 minutes. In terms of taste, it was average, and while the portion size was adequate, it wasn’t particularly impressive. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t order from them again.

Terrible service - Do not Order!

Food arrived almost 1.5 hrs late after scheduled delivery time, leaving less than 30min to consume within its ‘safe for consumption’ window.
No response despite repeated calls to operators to check on delivery timing. To make it worse, there was lack of sincerity or efforts from company to offer any apology for the late delivery or the poor customer experience .
Food arrived cold, >2.5hrs since it was prepared. Had to throw away a lot of food since they were bad.

Worst experience ever. Never again.

Great disappointment, They should have a hotline or after sale service even is on a Sunday or public holiday for action to be taken immediately if their logistic team has damage the catering food.

The delivery of foods was not properly secure.
The curry gravy had all leak out and leaving the curry dish without gravy sauce.
The food trays was not properly wrapped on most of the dishes.
And because of the curry gravy leak out, most of the dishes are mix with the curry sauce gravy like the photo shown on Hong Siew ToFu With Mushrooms.

After seeing that this caterer got quite good rating and decided to book it. However, the food was not as nice as I thought. It can be better.

Food arrived about 45 minutes earlier and get cold especially this is a mini buffet when the guests arrived at 12.30pm. Otherwise, everything goes well.

Gave the wrong food items without inform us earlier.
Food taste normal but can accept.

Food was average, not any impressive or very nice. But it was what we paid for, so not too bad. Can eat.

I had a bad experience with this company buffet, the food was not up to expectation, the pineapple fried rice was not delicious at all it’s oily & tasteless.. the very first time I eaten a tasteless fried rice. Not only that, I ordered 4:30pm - 9:30pm, but the delivery man came to collect my food at 8:30pm, and rushed me to keep my food. When I told him my invoice stated 9:30pm, he is being rude. After that when he keep the buffet, he is being rough in keeping the buffet, he made a lot of noise & he dripped sauces all around the lift & outside of my condo lift, he even banged until the lift has a dent. When I made a report to the company, they just replied me with a sorry. Was so disappointed in this buffet company! Order at your own cost!

The portions for the food were on the smaller side. Some of the dishes barely had enough (i.e. spring roll and fried ngoh hiang), like exactly 1 piece per pax. The taste were generally okay, most of them met expectations. Our only complaint would be that the lemon chicken were tough, which were an issue for the elder folks. Maybe the "popular" item would be better haha.

Overall, not fantastic but not bad as well. The catering was reasonable for the price charged.

Food arrived on time.
But some food item have turned cold. Especially the oriental fried rice, cold and hard and kind of tasteless.
Golden salted egg fish and prawn paste mid joint wasn’t taste good as well. Kind of turned hard when delivered. Wouldn’t recommend to order. Other than that, curry chicken and dry mee Siam taste good.
