Foods arrived on time and are well prepared. Only thing is the chafing fuel is not enough to keep the food warm. Otherwise the event went well.

All the food was superb.
Beehoon, Fragrance Prawn and Curry are my favourites.

Yam Paste portion was a little for 30pax.

All Red Eggs were not cooked properly. Too soft. After peeling become Quail Egg. lol

Delivery was slightly early but okay and driver called when he was here. Table was provided for the setup and collection was prompt.. Food was great which many ask which caterer was this from.. Tempura, curry chicken, Eclare was the most popular. Lychee drink however was quite diluted.

Very punctual and good service. Caterer arrived at the time that I arranged with them. Food were good with no complains at all. Serving portion are sufficient as well. Highly recommended for those who are looking for a affordable caterer.

Food tasted good and portion given is good value for money and they can provide with only one day notice which many cant. Highly recommended as most people enjoyed the food and service.

Last year ordered from ecreative for my child’s bd and reviews from friends were good thus this year decided to order from them. But standards definitely dropped. The Japanese egg tofu was sour/spoilt and we had to throw away the whole container! We ate within an hour after food arrived and all food were stored in aircon room thus no way will spoil within an hour. The order stated prawn paste mid joint but not only all came in drumlets but also they were all dry without a taste of prawn paste! We didn’t finish all the food except pineapple rice (which btw also tasteless but we were all hungry I guess and no choice) Orh Nee and fruit tart. It was a disappointment.

Overall the dishes are okay except for the fried Beehoon, it does not look good and has a sense of smell, it cannot be eaten, we have to throw away the full tray.
Just to feedback the curry chicken is nice and tasty, the caterer should put the dishes into a container instead of tray, the sauce overflow...

Additionally, the Signature Curry Chicken was another standout dish. The rich and aromatic curry sauce paired flawlessly with tender chicken pieces, creating a comforting and satisfying culinary experience. The Wheat Prawn and Golden Salted Egg Fish with Crispy Fish Skin were also well-received. The prawns were juicy and succulent, while the fish boasted a crispy exterior and tender flesh, complemented by the delightful salted egg coating. These dishes showcased Ecreative Catering's ability to execute seafood dishes with finesse.

However, not all dishes resonated with guests. The Hong Siew Tofu with Mushroom failed to leave a lasting impression, lacking in flavor and creativity compared to other offerings. It seemed to miss the mark and did not align with the high standard set by the rest of the menu.

On the other hand, the Thai Pineapple Rice and Sin Chow Bee Hoon offered a delightful balance of flavors. The sweet and tangy notes of the pineapple rice paired harmoniously with the savory noodles, providing a satisfying option for those with different taste preferences.

To conclude the meal, the Yam Paste with Gingko Nuts dessert provided a comforting and nostalgic finale. The creamy yam paste and nutty gingko nuts combined seamlessly, offering a sweet and satisfying end to the dining experience.

In summary, Ecreative Catering showcased a range of dishes that displayed both culinary expertise and creativity. While some dishes such as the Otak Otak and Signature Curry Chicken shone brightly, others like the Hong Siew Tofu with Mushroom fell short of expectations. Overall, Ecreative Catering delivered a memorable dining experience with its diverse menu options and commitment to quality.

Salted egg fish was a big favourite, especially among the audience that received the food. Honey chicken's flavour was decent as well, however there was a bit of smell to the chicken (frozen chicken smell)

2nd time order from ecreative. Overall food is gd and setup is fast and on time but garlic bread which come with mushrooms soup fail to deliver (contacting caterer on this matter) and I have top up for the chilled cream of mango sago (its different from mango sago) not worth the top up taste so so only. Deliverman came late (close 2hrs) to collect setup after event and got called up by security guard. Need to push out the setup out of function room (1st pic)
