Quality Issues:
The dishes served lacked flavour and freshness.
The curry, in particular, was bland, watery, and lacked the authentic taste we anticipated. The potatoes in the curry were undercooked on top of the bland and diluted consistency of the gravy.
Four seasons vegetables: Broccoli and Cauliflower were too big, causing it to be undercooked and hard as well. There aren’t any clams!
Tempura prawns were not fresh, soggy and not crispy.
Pineapple rice and beehoon was bland. Beehoon was fried till the point that they were all short strands.
Cream of Mushroom was chunky and starchy
Watermelon sago was diluted and tasteless as well.

Quantity Issues:
The portion sizes were inadequate for the number of guests we had, for example Curry was only half filled.

The subpar food quality affected the overall experience for our guests, 7/10 dishes were substandard.

We have contacted the caterer to speak to the manager but till now there is no response.

Food came earlier than expected. Setup was fast.
Overall food taste is great and quantity given is of the correct amount.

Food serving size was small , ordered 20 pax, was enough for 18 pax with a mix of big appetites and smaller appetites of women and kids. We added some fried food ourselves after seeing amount. Food taste is normal for its price point. Only up side is that delivery came on time.

The serving is just nice for 20 pax.

I think the bee Hoon, they forgotten to add seasoning but with curry vegetables, it was still ok.

Bo bo cha cha was very dilute and the coconut milk wasn't fresh. Can give this a miss.

The foods are good only the chicken wings are a bit over cooked.
the vegetable is too large cutting and a bit hard.
the portion is more than enough for 10 pax.

A very disappointing experience at the buffet, the portion of food was nowhere near enough for thirty people. Is the buffet supplier providing food based on the smallest appetite? It would be embarrassing for the host. Half of the thirty people were children, and in the end, there was hardly any food left. What if it was thirty adults? Would there be a situation where guests couldn't eat enough? I won't be booking this place again in the future!

The curry chicken is awesome. The quality and quantity is good! Set up on time and neatly. Definitely will recommend to friends and relatives.

The catering delivery was punctual and delivery staff was very warm and friendly. Able to accommodate to the requests very well.

However, some of the food was not well liked by most of the guests due to vegetable being very hard and in large chunks.
Fried rice was not very appetizing as 90% leftovers after the event.
Spring Roll & the salted egg fish was one of the better ones as it has a 100% finish rate.

Food quality could be done slightly better in future.

The food is average. The curry was watery but tasty. The fruit tart taste ok but it’s too soft. Food was slightly cold. I wish heating pad was provided to warm the food. Otherwise delivery is on time

Service and food was good as usual. Guests complimented on the food. Most favourites were curry chicken, mini burger, seaweed chicken, tempura prawn and the chocolate tarts. Would suggest curry chicken to add in some potatoes. Overall, just as great! Would definitely order again in next events
