THE WORST BUFFET CATERING I HAVE ORDERED. PLEASE IMPROVE.
THE WORST BUFFET CATERING I have ever ordered. The foods have no taste overall.
Fish skin = not crispy (masuk angin / Lao Hong)
Thai Pineapple Rice = Do not have pineapple taste,
Golden Salted Egg Fish = Have more flour than the fish.
Tofu = not fresh / taste weird
Prawn = Not fresh
Tropical Fruit Punch = Very sweet

Service mgmt was good but food was abit disappointing
Delivery was late for more than 30mins but at least they called to inform of the situation prior. I had 2 platters of yusheng but caterer only prepared 1 set of lou hei cutlery. Nonetheless, delivery guy gave me extra plates, forks and spoons in return when I highlighted this issue. Food was a hit-miss affair. Yusheng, imperial treasure pot, curry chicken, broccoli and yam paste were good. The rest were quite basic.

Many choices at very competitive price. Highly recommended.
Delivery on time. Many choices to choose at very competitive price. The portion is also very big and more than enough for the order quantitiy.

Only disappointment is the delivery arranged via Lalamove by the caterer was not as smooth (lucky got resolved and on time).

Disappointed this time round.
The mango prawns were soggy and not nice. Does not taste good at all.
Yam Paste was pathetic.... can barely find the yam... very watery. My guests thought it was some bur bur cha with little ingredients.
Delivery was late... guests were waiting for the food to begin eating.
This time the food standard wasn't good... pineapple fried rice was so-so. Tempura prawns were also slightly soggy.
