We had the pleasure of experiencing buffet catering from Ecreative and overall, it was a delightful culinary experience. The variety of food offered was impressive, and the taste certainly lived up to expectations. The portion sizes for most dishes were adequate for our group of 30, ensuring everyone had plenty to enjoy. However, I must note that the portion size of the dessert, orh nee, was disappointingly small. It was evident that the quantity provided was insufficient for the number of guests present. Despite this minor issue, I would still highly recommend Ecreative for their delicious offerings and professional service.

Overall the food is nice, a lot of them do not like to eat the white cauliflower which is also a bit hard. Other than the vegetables, they have emptied all the rest of the food. The Lemon juice is also a bit bland.

The service was very good, food arrive earlier then stated delivery man was very good too.
Food was ok but unexpectedly small portion, the curry was not enough half filled? Fish has the most positive feedback but again was not enough, some of the guests did not even get to try.. prawn quality was the worst, both prawn items was soggy and not fresh.
Not our first time ordering, food was so good for my niece’s 1st bday the last round.

We ordered CNY Menu for 30pax on CNY Day 3, and for 30pax the quantity was lesser than expected and most were served in half-containers (see photo).

For example, the Curry Chicken only had half-tin and you can see that it was not even filled the the brim, only half-full. (Photo was before eating)

The Braised Ee Fu Noodles was dry and bland, we had alot of leftovers.

The Broccoli & Cauliflower was hard and tough to bite, seem undercooked.

Yusheng platter was small (for 6-8 pax) and we had to order extra.

Prosperity Platter - we were told they didn't have the buffet tin so they gave us 2 plastic platter instead.

Breaded prawns, fish fillet were OK only.

Mango Pudding - cheap tasting.

Only Otah was nice.

Feedback from guests was that the food is not nice at all. This is the first time we order from them and I wouldn't recommend to order from them again.

This may not be the most expensive but it's not cheap either. For the price, can get better food elsewhere.

Considering it's CNY day, the delivery guy was still very punctual for delivery and collection after the event. Food portion is just right for our group size. Overall, we are satisfied with this caterer and would recommend to friends and family.

**Catering Review:**

I recently had the opportunity to experience the catering provided for a gathering of 30 people. Overall, while the selection was diverse, there were some notable hits and misses.

**Highlights:**

1. **Golden Pineapple Fried Rice w Chicken Floss:** Among the dishes sampled, this one stood out for its generous portion size and flavorful combination of pineapple and chicken floss. It was a crowd favorite and received positive feedback from many guests.

2. **Golden Mackerel Fish Otah:** Another standout dish was the Golden Mackerel Fish Otah, appreciated for its robust flavor and perfectly balanced spice level. It provided a delightful contrast to some of the other dishes on offer.

**Lowlights:**

1. **Sauteed Broccoli & Cauliflower w Crab Meat:** Unfortunately, the Sauteed Broccoli & Cauliflower failed to impress. Many guests found the vegetables undercooked, detracting from the overall enjoyment of the dish. This was particularly disappointing given the promising combination of ingredients.

**Overall Impression:**

While the catering showcased a range of dishes, the inconsistency in portion sizes and preparation quality was apparent. While some dishes like the Golden Pineapple Fried Rice and the Golden Mackerel Fish Otah shone, others like the Sauteed Broccoli & Cauliflower fell short of expectations. With some improvements in portion control and cooking techniques, the catering service could undoubtedly elevate the dining experience for future events.

The food came on time and the delivery staffs were friendly. Our guests have very positive feedbacks. They love the food and said that the taste was good. Hope they increase the amount of yam paste.

I've ordered buffet for 30pax (of which, 13 pax are kids below 12yo) on CNY day 2 after checking the reviews on foodline. To my disappointment, the quantity and quality are both underwhelming. All dishes (except the rice dish) only occupies half of the tray which is befuddling as it's barely enough to feed the adults. With much embarrassment, I had to ordered fast food (KFC and pizza hut) as additional food.

Aside from that, the prawns in both tempura prawn and cereal prawns are not fresh. I understand that it's the peak festive season but this is really unacceptable as we have already paid the surcharge so at least do provide the minimal level of service. I am definitely not a returning customer of this caterer. Hope this review serves as a guide for the rest of the customers.
