Food was average. Items and food were literally provided 1:1 So if anyone threw away a cup, they can’t drink again. Same goes for food. We had to buy more food and utensils ourselves.

Service can also be improved.
Delivery was way too early. Delivery timing was 10.30am, but it came at 9.30-9.45am.
Teardown specified at 2pm. We waited and waited till 5pm while trying to contact the company, but nobody responded at all. We had to go already, so we had to leave everything in the public space. Happen to pass by 1-2hrs later, and the items are still there.

No response from company until today. Not sure if everything is ok.

The food was nice but the portions were way too little. Especially the proteins. Ordered for 55 pax and it was gone with only 40 pax present

First time ordering from this caterer. Repeated told them not to be late after reading reviews yet on the day itself they were 20mins late. Did a rush set up. Set up was done by foreign workers who couldn’t speak proper English. Called and didn’t know which floor to deliver the food, where the lift was. I had to come down show them because it was tough communicating with them in English. Set up was not great since it was a rush job. Quite messy and I had to arrange it myself to make it presentable. Didn’t get the time to take the picture of the messed set up that was done as I was rushing to more it presentable and my guests were already there.

Food wise, fried rice was tasteless and bland. Egg tarts were dry. Sales representative communication was good before the event but on the day itself the delivery people did not do a good job. They should improve on that and also the taste of the food.

1) ask caterer to bring extra ice, willing to pay, but they dont provide, last time caterer did for us

2)the vegetable, tastleless plus the cauliflower, it comes as big as a baby hand or even bigger

3)when come to collect back the stuff, at first, they refuse to take away the rubbish until our volunteer insist that they must do it

Food couldn't really keep without heat. Most of the fried items became soggy very fast. Had arranged to try to schedule a time closer to event however delivery man paid no heed and rushed me so food was very cold. Decent value for money but I wouldn't order again as there are better caterers for similar value.

Delivery is ahead of event timing and the set up is fast and fuss free. Food portion is exactly to number of pax eg. Mini burger, tarts, éclair. Éclair inside is custard.

The catering service was disappointing. The food arrived late, which caused unnecessary delays. When it finally did arrive, the quality was underwhelming. The dishes lacked flavor and freshness, giving the impression that lower-quality ingredients were used. Several guests commented on the bland taste and poor presentation. The overall experience fell short of expectations, especially considering the price paid. Timeliness and food quality are crucial for catering, and unfortunately, this service did not deliver on either front. I would not recommend this provider for important events.

The food was cold throughout the event despite having food warmer lighted. Delivery and set up came 1 hour earlier than requested.

Meat came in huge chunk for curry chicken

Wheat prawns, mid joint, fruit tarts, curry chicken, are well received but fried rice is bland and veg and fish have much leftovers. Generous portion for dessert and rice.

Taste was ok, portion ok just 2 small pieces of fish and the chicken pieces are super small cuts which felt like leftover end cuts of certain parts of chicken. Curry chicken spilled out of containers and into rice for some packages.
