Tempera prawn was not cooked and can taste raw. Bee hoon is so hard seems like not fully cooked as well. Yam paste is ridiculously less portion for 70 pax. Curry is tasteless. Sweet and sour fish is so soggy and all sticked together. I ordered for 70pax but the food came 100% not up to 70pax. Disappointed. Won’t be recommending to any friends.

Delivery man missed out 2 dishes and came back late after 1hr. Tried calling the main line and nobody pick up.

especially the curry dish only had a few pieces of chicken and was already half empty when it arrived. The yam paste portion was shockingly small and looked quite unappetizing. This caused significant embarrassment for me as the host, and we had to scramble to prepare extra food for our guests

They also do not bother replying to whatsapp messages and emails. VERY BAD SERVICE. I really regret ordering from them.

Food was fine. I just wished that the safe time period to consume the food wasn't limited to 1 hour after my event started. Had told them during the order confirmation that I'd prefer if the food was delivered nearer to my event time of 1pm, especially with the recent cases of food safety in the news but to no avail. As a host for around 35 pax of family and friends with young children and elderly, this was an unexpected source of stress for the event.

The food portions were much smaller than expected. Despite ordering for 30 guests, it seemed like the servings were sufficient for far fewer people. The chicken burger was too dry for the guests' liking.

Negative experience in terms of delivery on Sat evening. Order came 1hr 20mins late without any notification or calls. Tried calling the numbers provided but no one picked up. Had already made alternative arrangements as my guests were already weaiting for the food, before the food arrived. Similar to the Google reviews, food delivery is often late on hindsight. Food selection was one of the better ones, but such untimeliness makes it difficult to be the best.

Mini Buffet delivered on time but the food could have been warmer.
Most of the dishes are just average except the mini fruit tarts and chilled cheng tng. However , were disappointed that the curry chicken was bland.

- requested for driver to call before arrival but it just rang the bell 1 hr earlier than scheduled time due to overwhelming deliveries today

- end up passed food from main gate due to rushing for other deliveries and couldn’t let me double check my food item and left abruptly without even asking me to check and signed the delivery order, sadly 2 main items being the prawn paste chicken and wheat prawns are not delivered.

Being Sunday today, callled and email office line no reply, driver number was no where to be found on site and required at the last min to order food from other sources to compensate the missing of dishes for my son birthday today.

Firstly the timing for the setup was discussed between 10-11am. This was discussed beforehand as the event starts from 11am onwards. However to my surprise, the delivery setup person came way early than 10am & were waiting for me outside the venue. They also claimed they were trying to contact me but could't get through. That is weird because i do receive calls from other vendors & family members but not from them. After the setup was done they told me they'll be back at 2pm for the teardown. However again, they came earlier than 2pm for the teardown. There are guests in line who are still getting the food. And i have received feedbacks from guests that the delivery guys were staring at them & do not look happy. I have to tell them to give us some time before tearing the buffet setup down. I even have to bring in my own disposable aluminium tray to transfer the food from the caterer's buffet into the disposable because of this. I did not ask for any early setup nor teardown. I wish the caterer's delivery team adhere to the discussed timing & give us a buffer. Thirdly the food menu. Overall the food were generally good but two of the dishes could be better. The sweet & sour fish sauce was too little & it was already mixed & concentrated in the middle. So the outer sides of the dish were too dry & hard. The Thai Style tofu with onion will taste better if the tofu were not fried too brown & crispy. It was really hard to chew & swallow because it has become tough in texture. My advice please discuss promptly with the caterer on the timing for the setup & do ask for buffer if it was done early or late.

This was my second time ordering from this food caterer, and unfortunately, it will be my last. My experience this time around was disappointing on multiple fronts.

- they are helpful in making the changes and responds fast.

**Food:**
- The **pineapple rice** was a disaster. It turned sour before we even reached the halfway point of our event. Serving spoiled food is unacceptable.
- There was **not enough curry** to go around. For a caterer, running out of a main dish is a big oversight.
- The **seasonal vegetables** were utterly bland, so much so that no one wanted to touch them. They might as well have been raw given how tasteless they were.
- The **Thai sauce tofu** was rock hard. Instead of being a soft, delightful dish, it felt like chewing rubber.
- The **mango sago** dessert was another letdown. It was watery and lacked any real flavor. A sweet treat turned into a bland, unappetizing slop.

**Setup:**
- The event was scheduled from 12 PM to 4 PM. I was assured that the setup would start at 11 AM. Instead, they showed up at 10:30 AM, much earlier than agreed upon, causing unnecessary chaos.
- The setup itself was poorly managed. When I pointed out that the drink area was blocking the stairs and requested to move it to an empty space nearby, the staff responded rudely with, "Nobody will walk down ba?" Informed him that The food places at that end of corner are blocked by the drinks and it Will have difficultly in taking the food. He, being a tall slim guy justified that "can take, why can't reach?
He were reluctant to make the adjustment of the blockade of stairs and lack of professionalism on the simplest safety measures, and unwillingness to accommodate simple requests was very frustrating.

Overall, the experience was a major letdown. The food quality was poor, portions were insufficient, and the service was unprofessional. I had higher expectations based on my previous experience, but this time, they failed to deliver on all fronts.

The service was great and the set up was very smooth. But the food had some hits and misses, and arrived quite cold. Would be better if food was hot.
