Food is nice and packed properly. Quality food at affordable costing. Delivery was on time and patient also.

Order the 50% pineapple rice & Sin Chow Bee Hoon.
The serving for 80 pax is too little, end up almost 10pax had to go without rice/beehoon.
In future hope they can prepare more in additional container so we can topup.

Overall the setting and food was nice.

This round not sure if it’s the weather, the food became dry, not as tasty compared to my previous order. Overall still value for money and very responsive staff at eCreative, on time delivery.(That’s the reason why I select them for repeat catering)

Portion was sufficient. Food taste good too especially the curry chicken. Another plus point is that it come with decoration.

Delivered way to early and never advised the helpers that cakes should be refrigerated. By the time I arrived ( before the stated food ready time) all the cakes were soggy and melted and stuck to the cling film that covered the trays - quite embarasing.
Chicken pie also soggy crust due to condensation.

Overall not bad. The delivery person is friendly The food is not bad according to my guest. So can consider next time.

We ordered for 25th of November delivery time was between 530pm-630pm and food was supposed to be "ready to serve" by 630pm. By 645pm the buffet wasn't here yet, nobody called to inform about the delay and since it was a Saturday, there was totally no way of contacting the vendor, whether Foodline platform or Ecreative catering itself. The numbers they gave to call didn't answer my calls and Foodline's supposedly "hotline" declined my calls. The food came at 7pm and upon setting up, the food was cold. Guests have had to wait another 30mins for the food to warm up before it was ready to serve.

After setting up, the Ecreative staff told me they'll be back by 9.30pm to clear the buffet tables and we waited till 10pm but nobody came to clear and again nobody informed. The venue staff and myself had to clear the food waste and pack up the buffet table till 11pm as the venue had to be closed. They only came the next morning to clear the buffet table. This will be the last time we ever order from them as we really had a bad experience. As they say, you "pay peanuts, you get monkeys"

Order their buffet for a kids birthday party. If not for their mini burger I will not order from them. The sales staff is not friendly and helpful, not even willing to let me change the food item when I just need to change the Pineapple fried rice to the normal one. Never mind, then I change the timing from 5.30pm setup to 4.30pm but it came at 5.45pm!! They are uncontactable during weekends, no backup staff to reach out and I don't have their driver contact too. I was panicking what time my food will be ready because my guests start coming in already. Don't order their fried food, it was cold, soggy and hard as it was not on the food warmer. Broccoli and Oriental Fried rice was bland, rice was abit hard too. Only the mini burger was wiped out fast, there is alot of leftover because it was not that tasty. Very very very disappointed and I will not recommend to my relatives and friends and I will not order from them again!

The foods of the quantity is able to cater to 60pax. Has been request gold table cloth , some deco, add on extra table but end up all never do. Over all the Ambience was so plain.
