We’re returning customers, and eCreative has once again delivered a good experience. Overall, we had a good experience with eCreative. The food arrived on time and was nicely presented. Portions were just nice for the number of guests. Most of the dishes were tasty. The honeydew in the honeydew sago was sweet, though the dessert could have been a little richer. Overall, we’re happy with the food and would order from them again.

The caterer came 1 hour ahead of the time that was arranged on Foodline. The guys from ECreative were very efficient at setup, and the setup was done within 15 minutes. Would be better to stick to the arranged timing.
The food was tasty, and the mee siam and curry chicken was my favourite! The prawn salad portion was small.

Generally, we are satisfied with the safari theme setup for our baby first year birthday.

We used E-Creative for my event last weekend, and they completely blew us away! The setup was absolutely presentable, and the food was incredibly fresh and delicious. Curry Chicken and Fried Chicken wings is taste good. The team was professional, kept everything pristine, and made sure the trays were always topped up. Highly recommend! Foods are not bad, but the setup too earlier from my expected timing.

The food are generally good though the
Bee Hoon turn cold very quickly despite the heating. Ordered for 30 pax, actual turnout is 27pax so portion just nice, however, the vegetable dish could be better if in larger portion. Like the idea on the variety of staples - been Hoon and rice

The mini catering is value for money. Delivery was on time. I especially like their Wheat prawns. The prawns are fresh and tasted good. Will be great if come with warmers. I will recommend this ECreative Catering to my friends.

Food arrived on time and set up promptly. Glad that food was not too oily and salty for elderly guests. Fried Mee siam, curry chicken and salted egg yolk fish was the favourite. Cheng Ting tasted bland, probably due to the dessert being out in the hot weather after the ice melted. It was a pleasant experience ordering and would return again.

Ordered 9 dishes but Only give 1 serving spoon and 1 tong ? How they expect us to eat the curry and deserts? Serving spoon too expensive to give? And food portion is quite less.

Setup arrived on time, the guys were professional and accommodating to requests.

Everything was well-setup and food is great, all dishes are well cooked.

Food is also aplenty for the guests with leftovers packed to bring home.

Dismantling after event was also on time and professional.

Will definitely engage them again for future events if any.

This was our first time ordering from them. First of all, we would like to thank them for making special arrangements to accommodate our number of guests.

However, overall, we were quite disappointed with the catering, especially the food quality. The honeydew sago dessert was disappointing. It was not sweet at all, and it contained two different fruits (honeydew and watermelon) instead of just honeydew as expected. Additionally, the coconut milk had solidified and was not smooth in consistency, with an overly strong coconut flavour. (Pictures)

The cocktail prawns were also disappointing as the batter was too thick and floury.

Only two serving utensils were provided, which made it difficult for everyone to serve themselves at the same time. More serving tongs or spoons should have been provided.

We hope these points can be taken into consideration and improved upon for future catering orders.

Customer service is flexible. Allowed me to change dishes but delivered a wrong dish. On the whole, the dishes are delicious. Love the fish fillet with Mongolia sauce. Prawn with fruit salad is very soggy. Taste unpleasant. Delivery is prompt. However, food not sent with thermal bag this time. So the dishes aren't warm when arrived.
