Wrong delivery of ordered food. Request 1 line to be served with vegetarian rice and bee hoon but food came without vegetarian serving. My vegetarian guests unable to eat them. Made us feel bad for letting them go hungry as they can take the vegetable dish only.

Delivery was 1 hour early. Food wise not fantastic especially the tempura which we can't even taste the prawns inside. The chicken wings were not properly cooked too. Suggest not to order deep fried stuff as they may turn soggy. The Chicken Curry and Bee Hoon were good though.

Can I check what time the food was prepared? This is totally unacceptable.
I want a reply and compensation from ecreative catering or foodline.
Otherwise I will inform NEA.

Worst caterers' administration ever.

Make seperate payment for extra 5× stools and 1× table but admin claims theirs system did not update their delivery team.

Requested to add 5 pax for buffet from 35 pax to 40pax, in the end some of my guests have to end up eating while standing.

Report to admin via WhatsApp but no reply due to my event was on Sunday.
Lousy service orientated caterer.

Admin replied only the next morning.
Only know how to keep repeating sorry via text.
Whole incident, catering company only refunded $19 for the missing additional stools and table.

No other forms of offer for compensation to make up for their mistake.
I will never ever use this company again for my future events.

Use at your own risk type of catering service.

I ordered 2 days full set up buffet
Food is good but got food turn bad n got sour smell before 10pm
1st day is the broccoli with mushrooms
2nd day Hongkong noodle
1st day prawn not bad, 2nd day prawn is not so fresh

I recently ordered from this buffet for a gathering, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. The food arrived cold, which is unacceptable for any catered event. It made our guests uncomfortable.

The variety of dishes was decent, but the cold temperature significantly affected the taste and overall quality. Additionally, the service was below expectations.
The staff seemed unorganized and not particularly attentive to ensuring the food remained at a proper serving temperature during delivery.

The food came 30mins late, panicked super badly (my guests already arrived) and called the caterer’s contact number on my order invoice slip but to no avail. couldnt reach anyone and wasnt given the delivery man’s contact number either. thankfully the food came 10mins later so i was saved from rushing to get other food for my party.

gathered reviews from my guests and everyone enjoyed the food, especially mee siam and curry chicken. the portion was huge (i ordered for 25pax), could feed up to 30-35 probably

cons: sweet and sour fish was super dry and hard, didnt enjoy it very much. customer service sucked too, nobody has reached out to me regarding my 6 missed calls yet

Ordered food to be served at 530pm. Food came at 520pm and everything was cold. Not even warm, nor placed in warmer bags etc. Label was indicated that food was ready at 4pm.

Had to warm up everything to have the food ready for guest. Wouldn't recommend.

Other companies have similar timeline but they will do their upmost to make sure food doesnt get cold.

Ready to serve at 11am. Food came at 930am. Way too early and staff mentioned that there were multiple deliveries around the same timing.

During clearing up, staff was ignorant and throw the leftovers directly into the chute instead of bagging them first.

Foods are ok but I asked for delivery time between 6.30pm to 7pm but happened foods delivered at 5pm...by the time guest came all the foods already cold.
