The person was very late in collecting back the setup. The agreed timing was 2.30pm but up to 5.30pm still not here yet. Made the host have to stay at home and wait and unable to make plans.

Curry chicken not enough can go only 1 round . Kampong mee siam too dry . Seafood fried rice is bland . Kampong mee siam & fried rice portion too much. Maybe next time we can try to reduce the portion of the rice and mee siam to half instead. Prawn paste chicken wings are a bit hard to bite. The fruit punch drink should provide more as due to hot weather, the drink was finished fast before the ice melt, and we even needed to top up with other drinks. As for the rest of the food, the portions are just nice with a bit of leftovers. Overall, still ok, we will conside to order from eCreative again.

Have some feedback to the vendor but no reply from them. Customer service is bad. Food wise is good and serving is big but the drinks is lesser than the carter number

Food came a bit early 5.20pm (requested was 6.30pm). Food was tasty and my guests liked it in general. Qnty of vegetables coupd have been improved. Generally was happy w the food. However- one item ecreative can improve is their response after in terms if queries abt food especially if u request a delivery at 6/6.30pm as their contact informed that they will only repond iluntil 6pm which is not right considering any feedback at time of food delivery especially uf something is wring at point of delivery is discovered. This sales service should be improved by ecreative to ensure customers are given improtance as otherwise their food is ok.

Portion serves nicely for 30 pax. Noticed that the curry chicken gravy was a bit too watery / diluted. The lemon chicken was too starchy and could be slightly better. Generally, the taste suits well for kids as its not too salty /sweet.

In general, food was ok. But the delivery was too early by 1.5 hour. All the food was cold when we eat.

The food is nice and the guests all like it a lot. The portion is big too although I’ve ordered only 15pax. And guest are more than 15pax.

Absolutely amazing! Foodline provide awesome services and staff are super friendly and the food is delicious. I love that you get a lot of food as well for the price. I am definitely going back.

Generally food is ok just the portion is too small for our guest. Orders 30paxs but was not enough . Food finished before the last batch guests arrive . Food portion can be bigger . Even the rice is not enough at all.

It was our first experience with catering and everything went as smooth as possible. Catering team delivered food in time, made full set-up (it's absolutely amazing the full set up), instruct us what to do, and packed / picked up after the party in time.
All the items were delicious. We are very happy with the choice and seamless experience!
