The delivery was on time. The food portions were sufficient. Participants were happy with the food, especially the wheat prawns and yam paste. One suggestion - there should be bigger portion of yam.

The food was sufficient and value for money. The curry chicken was the most popular choice among the rest. Suggestion for the puff and agar agar in the cup to be a little less sweet. :) Overall nice!

E creative catering has always been good to us for the catering services. Their curry chicken and sambal fish are well received by collogues and guests. This time round they change my dessert from honeydew sago to longan jelly without notification. I would appreciate if they can call us before us to let us know then to deliver and incorrect item arrived. They explained it is their policy to change due to shortage of supply and no need to inform customer. As a customer, i dont think any one wants to be treated that way. They can actually inform us and we can select other desserts as we are flexible. I hope the caterer will not have such issue again.

The dessert was sent wrongly. The contact number provided is not answering the phone call. Perhaps they can indicate the driver on the invoice.

Overall dishes are okay, portion Of foods also as expected which enough for all of us in family. We enjoyed our gathering with this great meals along.

The driver was on time to set up the catering food, followed instructions when given and is pretty fast in setting up. Food is just nice for 30++ of us even though we ordered for 40 pax, no leftovers. Most of us love the curry chicken, wheat prawn and the sweet and sour fish. The spring roll could do better if it's still hot and crispy. All in all, good!

Delivery was early. Request to set up at 11.30am and it came before 11am. That was the only positive thing about it.

For the negative review:

The caterer did not provide any ladle or scoop for us to take the food and I was not inform beforehand. The whole lunch has to be delayed as I have to go look for scoops, really unacceptable.

Goyza was too spicy and not crispy. Fish was too dry and tasteless. The rest was pretty average (considering cheesy ball and fried bee hoon and rice). if I have to rate one best dish, I think curry chicken would be it.

Based on the above I do not recommend and will not purchase again.

Delivery was done timely. Good service provided. Catering was for family Chinese new year gathering. Food was decent.

Delivery 10.30am from initial schedule at 12pm. Driver say - Accept it or sent at 2pm instead .. Understand is peak season in CNY day 1 but best to notify few days earlier and was notified only 30min earlier on the same day . Resulting we need to rush Back home .

Food - miss the same quantity ( base on 30 pax ) and quality which I order previously in Y2020 from the same

The food was not up to my expectation as the yusheng veg was too less and the food has not enough taste. Quality was less as well.
