First time engaging e creative catering and it turns out to be a bad experience for me. Firstly, the golden salted egg fish came without the crispy fish skin. Broccolis and cauliflower were all so big. Portion of rice and noodles were big enough. But the rest of the dishes were in rather small portion.

Next is the collection timing which is a nightmare! Have informed them to collect by a certain timing as there were another family using the function room after mine. But after few hours, the person has yet to turn up to collect the catering. Ended up being chased by the security guard repeatedly and even have to pay a penalty fee. No hotline to call on Sunday and not even a contact person to call in situation like this. Highly won’t engage this caterer again

Food portion is ok and general nice. Ordered for Mother’s Day celebration and everyone enjoyed. Great value since this set can eat for 10-12 pax

The curry cbicken was good but the following were lousy:
1. Mango fish - 20% fish coated with 80% batter
2. Fried popiah - Filling is very miserable. Popiah is soft & not crispy
3. Amount provided for 35 pax is much too little
4. Set-up was too congested.
5. Lychee cordial too diluted.

1. Prawn Paste Mid chicken wing was over fry and wings is hard.
2. Tempura Prawn was over fry too but when delivery was soft.
2. Dessert too much ice and is not sweet at all.
3. Order Cereal Fish but salted egg Fish was delivered.
(When check with Delivery man, he suggest to bring back.
So I ask him, what should I serve to my guest if you bring back)
4. No tongs and ladle was provided. Trying to call but nobody could help.
Super disappointed with their food and especially their services.

The delivery was later then schedule so by the time it was setup, there wasn't enough time for the food to be heat up before my guest consume it.

The Rendang chicken gravy was too watery which makes the taste diluted. The tam paste w gingko nuts was a disappointment. Its more like bo bo cha cha minus sweet potatoes, too much coconut milk & lack of yam.

The plus point is the caterer is generous with the food portion. Nice tarts provided

Last year ordered from ecreative for my child’s bd and reviews from friends were good thus this year decided to order from them. But standards definitely dropped. The Japanese egg tofu was sour/spoilt and we had to throw away the whole container! We ate within an hour after food arrived and all food were stored in aircon room thus no way will spoil within an hour. The order stated prawn paste mid joint but not only all came in drumlets but also they were all dry without a taste of prawn paste! We didn’t finish all the food except pineapple rice (which btw also tasteless but we were all hungry I guess and no choice) Orh Nee and fruit tart. It was a disappointment.

Overall the dishes are okay except for the fried Beehoon, it does not look good and has a sense of smell, it cannot be eaten, we have to throw away the full tray.
Just to feedback the curry chicken is nice and tasty, the caterer should put the dishes into a container instead of tray, the sauce overflow...

Althought there was alot of bad reviews?, i still proceed to order from this caterer. As the food was super affordable...Food came at 12pm but my party starts at 2pm and ends at 6pm. But the man came exactly 4pm to collect back all the stuff.. food still alot and no call was made to inform us of this... i was so embarrassed as all guests who just arived were there to eat and i had to rush to get Disposable untensil and aluminum trays to replace the food which was still alot! There was no other space for us to put the food that we had to placed it on the benches. It was really bad impression for all my guest! A day to celebrate happy event becomes a disastrous event! To make matter worse it was a bad weather and the rain was pouring.. all the food got wet eventually. WAT A WASTFUL EVENT TAT HAPPENED TO ME!!!

Quality Issues:
The dishes served lacked flavour and freshness.
The curry, in particular, was bland, watery, and lacked the authentic taste we anticipated. The potatoes in the curry were undercooked on top of the bland and diluted consistency of the gravy.
Four seasons vegetables: Broccoli and Cauliflower were too big, causing it to be undercooked and hard as well. There aren’t any clams!
Tempura prawns were not fresh, soggy and not crispy.
Pineapple rice and beehoon was bland. Beehoon was fried till the point that they were all short strands.
Cream of Mushroom was chunky and starchy
Watermelon sago was diluted and tasteless as well.

Quantity Issues:
The portion sizes were inadequate for the number of guests we had, for example Curry was only half filled.

The subpar food quality affected the overall experience for our guests, 7/10 dishes were substandard.

We have contacted the caterer to speak to the manager but till now there is no response.

Food serving size was small , ordered 20 pax, was enough for 18 pax with a mix of big appetites and smaller appetites of women and kids. We added some fried food ourselves after seeing amount. Food taste is normal for its price point. Only up side is that delivery came on time.
