Had been ordering from ecreative for cakes and buffets for many years but this time is not up to expectation. We did not receive any cutlery, disposable plates and serviette except the small spoons for the mango puddings. Highlighted this to the sales personnel thru whatsapp but no response from her. During placement of order, they also keyed my order wrongly for one of the dishes. Do double check your order confirmation when they sent to you.

As for the dishes, you can see that the Imperial Treasure Pot is less than half of the container but taste wise is good. The Choco Cream puff and swiss rolls platter looks pathetic. Cannot taste the honey in the Honey Sriracha Drumlets. But the Sambal Chilli Crab Meat Seabass is good.

Service was good and delivery on time. However portions were severely lacking for 35pax. Would not order again.

Maybe it's my fault for asking for the food to be delivered at 5 - 6 pm. The food arrived about 4 pm, not even warm. All the food are cooked for a healthy diet, bland, less salt, less everything. The fish is soft, the vegetable dish is tasteless even after adding the gravy. The chicken is also tasteless. This is an order for 10 pax, but the items on the platter only has 4 of each item, the platter looked so empty. I would not order again from this caterer. Ordered from another cateter last year, tasted much better.

Food serving is generally right portion. Deliver timing as promised. Food is fair, XO fried rice and curry chicken are acceptable. Seafood Ee Fu Mee is way too dry and like eating plastic. Will not order from them again.

Overall food average. Vegetables turns sour fast. The amount of bee hoon serves is big but dry. And spring roll is hard. Cocktail is good as not too sweet.

Just an average Christmas caterer . The additional bonus is the log cake given in the bundle. Setup is just normal without festive chores.

This is one caterer, you should not use if you want a headache free family meal or good gathering for your friends. The Caterer is not contactable at all. I use their Business What app to call, no one pick up, call their office, NO ONE PICK UP THE CALL, WE ARE LOST, THE FOOD IS NOT DELIVERED TO THE RIGHT PLACE AS STATED IN THE DELIVERY ORDER. CALL THEM A FEW TIME TO REMIND THEM BEFORE THE DATE OF DELIVERY , THEY ACKNOWLEDGE, EMAIL THE DELIVERY ORDER. BUT ON THE ACTUAL DAY, THE DELIVERY MAN DELIVER THE FOOD TO THE WRONG PLACE, I CALL THE DELIVERY MAN TO TELL HIM, IT IS THE WRONG ADDRESS AND HE SAID THAT HE WILL CALL THE VENDOR, AFTER THAT THE WHOLE NIGHT, I TEXT THE CATERER AND DELIVERY MAN BUT NO ONE ANSWERED. THIS IS THE WORST CATERER AND IT SPOIL OUR FAMILY CHRISTMAS GATHERING

The fish and prawn were not fresh with a funny taste, rice is raw and pasta came in one huge lump.
the lamb was under seasoned with a very strong mutton smell and mango pudding was not nice.

Catering was without food warmer, did not expect much. Food portion was a bit less except the bee hoon and olive fried rice. You need to prepare your own utensils such as soup ladle for the curry. Overall this caterer service is so so.
