Hi , I have order from e creative before but that day was not so good as all dishes are bland … the curry is very liquify , not salted enough .

The taste of the food was average. Only liked the yam paste and curry chicken. Ordered for 30 pax but portion was not alot and looked like it was for 20 pax.

Order with them 2 years ago and the quality of food was good so this time decide to try them again. But it doesn’t turn out to be the same as the past.

First, my order was for 5:30pm and to my suprise the delivery man made an appearance at my doorstep at 4:15pm. I was so taken aback no choice but to accept. This is a mini buffet, u deliver the food this early how am I suppose to keep them warm till dinner?

Second, the bake salmon w/ teriyaki sauce. The dish in my picture taken looks more like a stew than bake ..totally differ 101% from what is shown online. My first tot when I saw the dish is “did I ordered Lor mee?”

Other than the cocktail and the lychee prawn rest tasted average with the bake salmon tasted the worst.

Was totally disappointed with this caterer. The standard dropped so much from the previous round. I was enticed the teddy bear setup for my baby lst yr birthday, however i totally regretted, could had get a much better caterer with the same amount. I didn't read the bad reviews. Initially the bear setup they say otw it was spoilt, it's already a red flag. 2ndly, they put the sharks theme cupcakes beside the fire, waiting for it to melt?? 3rdly, the food was so little, more for like 15 ppl to eat!! I felt so scammed. Fourthly, the mee siam and fried rice was so plain and spicy, with no ingredients at all! Still say seafood fried food, my gosh. Fifthly, the drinks finished up very fast, cos half was filled with ice! This is the most terrible caterer and i will never ever engaged them again

The food was supposed to be delivered by 6pm. I started to contact the caterer at 6pm but to no avail- office was closed on sat and no alternative contact provided. Driver called me after 630pm to say he is on the way and arrived at 7pm.

Unacceptable customer service where 1. no alternative contact number given 2. late by an hour (driver simply said that he was delayed).

Taste of the food was pretty average. Nothing to shout about and the portion is really small as compared to other caterers- Barely enough for 30 pax and we also provided other food to our guests.

The feeling of not unable to contact anyone and not knowing if your food will arrive when the guests have arrived was horrible. In short- will not recommend to order from them.

Ordered for delivery at 5pm. Delivery driver only came at 6:20pm. He didn’t even have the decency to call and inform that he will be late. All my guest were present at 6pm and were waiting for the food. This company’s hotline also no one manning as it’s a Saturday evening and their office is closed. Ridiculous service from ECreative.

Food arrived cold and my guest were forced to eat cold food as a result.

Now on to the quality of food, rice and noodles were plentiful but taste was bland. Thai chicken and prawn paste chicken were average. Broccoli and scallop was below average. Broccoli was too hard for our liking. Salted egg fish was overly fried and dry. Prawns were tiny and overcooked, shells all stuck to meat. Portion of orh nee were so little that my first 10 guest finished what was supposed to be 40 peoples portion.

In all honesty, one of my worst experiences for a buffet caterer. Will never recommend for anyone wishing for your guest to enjoy the meal.

The food and service is not up to my expectation. I ordered once Mini buffet for my daughter birthday. It was a good experience thus I decided to reorder from them for my son 1st birthday. It is totally disappointing. I receive phone call from the delivery guy that kitchen can't cope with the 7th mth order thus my order can't meet the time. Delivery was late. My order include safari theme setup but there is not safari set up at all. I will not order again from e creative.

The last time I ordered from ECreative was before Covid and the food was nice. This time round, we find the food so so only and the catering does not come with the food labels? I have to print the label myself.
I must say the Oven Baked Teriyaki Chicken Chop is really nice but the Smoked Salmon was really too little for 30 pax.

Overall all the food is very dry. Not very nice also. I'm quite disappointed this time round. The drinks is very sweet.
The only nice is the salted fish and chicken wings.
Chicken rendang is very very dry and hard. No sauce at all

Paid for stairway charges when ordering online but delivery man collected again when arrived. Even worst, forgotten to give us buffet cover for all the food. Called delivery man and said they have already hit the highway. Will require 1hr to return and pass us the food cover. Delivery man called back 1hr later and tell us that they are unable to pass us food cover cause they have already started to collect the buffet tray from other customers already. I have no cover for all my food for that day. Even my guest kept asking me about it. So unprofessional and unhygienic. I ordered because of the review I saw online. This is totally unacceptable.
