Although I called to confirm that disposable plates will be given. In the end, disposable plates were not given. The noodles, yam ring treasure were very dry. Invoice mentioned prawn paste mid-joint chicken, but it seems like you've given me teriyaki chicken. So, it's not I want. Delivery timing was 6.30pm but reach at 5.30pm, so food turned cold. I feel that you should refund me money for the chicken.

Food portion is hug3 and taste was relatively tasty. However, im a bit disappointed with the Fa Cai Yu Sheng cos some seasoning like the pepper, cinnamon powder and oil and some sauce was missed out. The whole yu sheng were too sour to be eaten. They also didnt provide me with any cutlery like plate, cups for the dessert and folk and spoon which was suppose to be included in the package.

In general the food was ok and delivery came during the agreed time span. However, I think rubbish bags and some packed away box can be provided as the quantity were way too much for a 8 pax mini catering and ended up wasted food.

Food could have definitely been better. The rice tasted like plain rice with yellow food colouring. no where near thai pineapple rice. instead of sambal kangkong, it was replaced with kailan and mushrooms. tasted bland like it was just blanched and sautéed with oyster sauce lightly. fish had no sauce on it. just like plain breaded fish. the only saver was the steam egg and prawns. however, it was not satisfying.

Very impressed by the spread of food. Food was still warm when we took it out after the guests arrived. Packaging was well prepared and they even provided a simple table cloth to place on the table to spread out the food. Tongs and scoops were included, plates and cutleries were more than sufficient. All food are fresh but yam rice is a bit salty, Yam Paste w Gingko Nuts is nice too and service is good. will definitely order again.

The food were all too good and delicious. Portions were superb too. Food came nicely packed and warm but as it came a little too early we warmed it up again. Will definitely order again and again. Value for money too.

Pros
Delivery was on time
Food items all correct
Seafood was fresh & mango pudding taste good.
Food portions were sufficient with many varieties at reasonable price.

Cons
Mixed cabbage was spoilt as it had fermented smell so we have to discard it.
Food taste were acceptable but braised mee & fish is too dry.

I am not sure if i will reorder from this caterer due to the cabbage issue. I hope caterers can indicate time cooked & time to consume.
However, cake was quite tasty.

Mostly ok. Presentation is good. Vendor make effort to pack all food items nicely and secure in a carton box which make collection easy.

Food quality & taste is acceptable.. Still room for improvement.
