ECreative Catering Pte Ltd

Has been ordering from here a couple of times however this time it wasn’t up to expectation. The Pineapple fried rice was super oily, the vegetables are not properly cooked and the cereal fish has a fishy stench to it. Other dishes are ok, the only nice one were the egg tarts and eclairs.

The order came later than expected. Have to call the hotline at least 3 times. Only during the last call, mentioned the driver car broke down. We have to wait for 1hour later from the scheduled timing for our food.

Best dishes include prawn with chilli crab sauce( but the mantou buns were missing), curry chicken. The communication on confirmation and delivery could be more forthcoming. I was wondering if the food would arrive when it was past delivery time. Considering it was CNY 3rd day, caterers are busy busy fulfilling orders, the food came so I can overlook it.

I order cny buffer for 35 persons. Foodline informed me to contact Ecreative if I didn't recieve the confirmation the next day. I called Ecreative and the staff said will send me the invoice at the end of the day but they didn't. I called 3 times and every time they failed to do what they said. Only when I called foodline to cancel the order then they send me the invoice. However, they only delivered food for 30 persons instead of 35 persons. I requested for refund of the charges for 5 persons. Foodline said eCreative will contact me within 7 days. But I didn't recieve any reply from ecreative. I am disappointed with both foodline and ecreative. As I ordered foodline through foodline, foodline failed to follow up my order and my claims.

Food delivery was on time and ok. setup is fast. Rice only half finished as relatives prefer standby home cook white rice instead. curry almost finished. overall is value for money but the ecreative sale person wanted me to paynow earlier than catering date and i transferred accordingly but i needed to called them up to checked whether they received cause they never acknowledge payment received through whatapp.

Food standard drop alot. Bee hoon super cold and hard like rubber band. Prawn and curry chicken still acceptable, the rest are tastless. Food barely touch, mostly throw away.

they didn't give serviettes, drink was too sweet.

best thing is the quantity of bee hoon and rice is good.

Veg bento was average. wish they had a choice between rice and bee hoon, and i wish they added desert for the 10 bentos i order.

The dessert send wrongly then they replied me said that honeydew not available on Sunday, then said refunded me $12.50 after I feedback to them.
What the meaning of confirmation? Really nonsense.

Timing of event was 6pm. Food only arrived at around 7.15pm, 1h 15 min late. I was panicking as guests were here since 6pm. I tried to call the office but it was already after working hours so there was no pick up of call. Was hoping for a call from the company to update status but there was none. Food were super cold but guests were hungry and did not want to wait for me to warm up the food by microwave and air-fryer. Actually food tasted ok after I warm them up but it was a bad experience thinking whether the food will come and making the guests wait so long. Was thinking of ordering food From Grab as I thought my order will not be delivered. Hope company will do something about their operations and be more contactable by customers.

The food was cold. Curry became jelly-like. Pretty disappointing this time. Compared to the first order.
