Overall good. Portion big enough for 100 pax. The only thing not perfect is Mee Siam too dry and Curry chicken only have limited potatoes.

Whole buffet was wiped out as the portion came lesser than expected. Dishes were okay. Buffet was suppose to be from 6-9pm as confirmed with the staff earlier but they called me a couple of days before asking if they could finish the setup by 4.30pm instead. I told them that was too early as my guest are only arriving at 6pm, they asked if it could be ready by 6.30pm instead. When i said no since my party has a timeline and i need to cut cake by 8pm, they say to be ready by 6.15pm. Though finally on the day of the party the buffet was setup on time, I felt that was rather unprofessional since my buffet has been confirmed with their staff earlier. They came really late to collect/tear down too, around 10.30pm when they were suppose to come at 9.30pm.

Not very satisfied with the service. First, they forgot our ang ku kueh and I heard the driver wanted to delivery it to us after the event when they come and collect the catering. I have to call the office and ask them to make sure it is delivered to us ASAP.

2nd, after the event, nobody come and collect the catering. Suppose to come at 4pm to collect, we book RC for the event and it end at 5pm. we waited until 6pm still nobody show up, called the office, nobody pick up. In the end we have to carry all the catering outside of the RC ourself. Not sure if anyone come and pick up after that.

Majority of us were happy with the foods.

Didn’t expect the fish in “Sliced fish in Spring Onion” dish is fried.. making it soggy and doesn’t really taste nice or has “Spring Onion taste”. Fried rice, curry chicken, fruit cocktail jelly is nice.

Baby's 100 day celebration. Caterer came late in setting up; resulting in guests waiting around for more than 30mins for the food to be ready. Food largely acceptable, good value for money. Guests enjoyed the curry chicken best followed by the sambal fish. Eclairs were tough/ on the dry side.

Quality & quantity of food is good.
Just need to fine tune the dessert(abit too sweet, too much ice, not much chin Chow).
Overall, very good service and liable caterer.

First time ordering from Ecreative and realised they have a wide range of buffet suitable for different events.
This time ordered for a company event, we need the food at 6 PM however they asked us to select 5 PM, in the end the food arrive at 5 PM and got cold at 7 PM when the guests came out for tea break.
The drinks also arrived warm, probably due to transportation.
Overall, it is easy to order and service is prompt.

Overall, the service was prompt and food was decent. However the honeydew sago was a little too disappointing with too much ice and less ingredients. Many guests did not manage to have a taste of it. Other than that, the pineapple fried rice and wheat prawn was quite good.

It was my first time ordering buffet from www.foodline.sg.I had ordered 40pax of catering food from ecreative. Food and setup was excellent. Highly recommended!
