There is a cigarette butt found in nuggets, Curry vegetable turn sour after 1 hour, bee hoon is very hard. Very disappointed in the food ,it this caterer spoil my event.

Event time at 1.30pm for 50pax..

Around 2pm called the hotline and check where is the food, the person in charge told me say that the tyre Flat and the driver stuck at Sengkang General hospital. And will reach around 3.30pm to 4.30pm.

3.39pm the person in charge told me said that the driver is on the way to my place.

4.30pm the food is still not here, I called the hot line to checked with them and they told me will get back to me…

4.38pm I called them back, the person in charge told me and said that the driver is on the way to my side… from SKGH to Hougang st 61 no need 45mins to 1 hours .. I get the diver number so is easier for me and the person in charge.

4.44pm I called the drive and check where is he and how long will he reach. He said according to google map still got 3.1KM and will reach in 9 mins. Ok, fine.

Then my food arrive at 5pm.
50 people was waiting for the buffet and never eat since 2pm…

4.44pm + 9Mins = 5pm ????????

Everything was done set up at 5.08pm.

Food is ready to at 3.30pm
Consume by 4.30pm
But then we only start to consume the food at 5.08pm.
The food is cold and WORST THING is NO CANDLE PROVIDED for us to warm the food ????????‍♀️
And I also place a Vegetarian Bento and it was not delivered… I call the hotline, she told me the chef go home already. HAHAHA what a joke!

23/12 morning I got 4 crew and 1 manager down with diarrhoea..
And they only say to refund me $66..

This is our 2nd time order from this caterere, but this time the food is so disappointed. Firstly, Caterer send the food too early.. the timing caterer confirm with us is 10.30am to 11.30am, as our event will start at 12noon. Before 10am, the caterer have send it over already. The most disappointed is fried mee siam was very dry and hard, we have left over of almost the full tray of mee siam.. this make us have to order pizza for our guest to eat. The lucky things is the curry chicken and chicken cheese ball is still ok to eat.

Order was missing of items.. portion serve was not right.. food was not fresh.. curry ckn and fish was already tasted bad T 7pm

Sales team was very nice and responsive upon order confirmation. Delivery was set for 11am, and only arrived at 11:50pm and tried calling them multiple times but no response, WA also nothing until about 30 minutes past the set time.

Food came cold, like fridge cold. All the dishes, including the curry and I had to then deal with heating up the food and all. All the fried items were cold and hard. Taste wise, the veggies were a little sour and the tofu was wrinkled up.

Overall experience was bad. The Ang Ku Kueh skin is some next level hardness. Had to use a knife to cut through kind, and you can steam it for 10 minutes and it is still hard.

The fish fillet in special sauce was not what I had expected. It looked more like fish fillet in tartar sauce. A lot of my guests did not like this dish. I was very disappointed.

I ask for the food to deliver at 6pm as this was the time my guest will come . The Cso told me before delivery they will come between 530-6pm which I said fine. However, they came at 5pm which are 1 hour earlier. All the food were already cold and not fresh when the guest came . Many comment from the guest the fried mee siam are tasteless and dry. Sotong ball give less than 20 even though we order 10 ppl. End up, lot of food leftover which I can understand as the food quite tasteless after so long. The potion are quite good except for the sotong ball.

The buffet set up was supposed to be by 5.30pm but ended up food ready for serving after 7.30pm only as they delivered the wrong menu and the set up was late. Guests commented that the tropical fruit punch was tasteless and the Sin Chow Bee Hoon did not smell good. The service is a let down!

Service was speedy and pleasant from confirming my order to food arrived. Quality of food could be improved. Beehoon was a little dry and the trays containing the food had a smell before the food was placed in.

Do not go for this caterer. I’ve used them a couple of times and they were ok but this time they only delivered one box of food and the other did not arrive. We had been stressed out to source for food at the 11th hour. Only 3 of the 10 dishes arrived! the courier just handed me over the box and didnt check that the other half of the food is missing. No post support during weekdays they are all off work at Saturday and no chance to check where the food was!
