Not quite up to expectations. The mains did not have much ingredients in them so it was rather plain. Can do with better quality ingredients in some of the other dishes as well. Paus were quite hard by the time they were served, while samosas were soft by the time they were served.

Overall the beno set is acceptable but hope it can be better. The fried items & the teriyaki chicken abit hard. The vegetarian vietnam spring roll abit overfried and the vegetable doesn't look very appealing. Was looking forward to the vegetarian bento

All food came cold. Ordered numerous catering before, nv came acrossed cold food. Qin teng miserable as no ingredients. Broccoli hard n scallop unable to chew. Lychee prawns no taste. Satay are hard.

I ordered 3 tables with table cover and the service staff only brought 1, where he expected me to accept. I refused and in the end, he managed to set up for me. The food is sufficient for 15 pax, and I ordered for 30 pax. The food and set up is miserable and i wouldn't consider them in future. Luckily I have only around 15pax people turn up and so, the food is sufficient.

Worst is that I have paid and the staff keep asking for payment.
This is my honest feedback.

The food was bland and there was no taste at all to almost all dishes. There was barely any fish and the tofu is subpar. honey chicken was tasteless as well. Will not order again.
The grass jelly with longan was like drinking iced plain water with something to chew.
Delivery came over an hour late.

Ordered mini buffet on last saturday 30/7 for my son’s birthday celebrations. However the food came incomplete, which is sort of mini chocolate eclair. Just realised it when one of the guest ask if there’s any choc eclair in the menu. The food came a bit cold too without insulation bag. Very bad experience with e-creative catering. Been notified/email the foodline about it immediately, until today still no news from e-creative. Will update again if there’s any reply from e-creative. Been waiting for their reply as im going to order again if they sincere to makeup.

Event was on a Sat, set up was 30mins late had to call their hotline. Collection was almost 1 hr late, supposed to collect at 3pm but only came by around 4pm when the function hall i booked is supposedly until 3pm. As it was a Sat, there was no point of contact to reach out to, office is only half a day.

Food: very disappoinring, this was my 3rd time ordering from this caterer and i was not expecting the quality to drop.
Portion was little, food was quite cold, most dishes wasnt tasty. The rice was hard and lumpy. Overall not decent.

It's defintely off my list of caterer now.

Food is edible but can be better. But the pineapple rice and mala deep fried chicken cube taste not good.

Food served was so little even though I ordered for 35 pax. It was more for 20 pax. I had to scramble to order more food in order to make sure the food was enough for my guest.

Contacted the caterer for explanation but was totally ignore after 10 days.

Poor service, food was not good. If you want to have a fuss free party, please do not order from them.
