The food was soso.


I ordered a total of 80 servings for 80 pax (and a nuumber of guest did not turn up) but there was totaLly not enough food! Usually, for such caterring there will be +10 to 20% of what you ordered.

Drinks only 1 cambro where i normally get 2 for such big orders.

Have to fork out additional expenses and time to purchase more plates and drinks as there was insufficient plates for the event. Totally unaccepable when you are running an event and halfway through you have to buy more plates and drinks.

1) Éclair was disappointing
2) ordered honeydew sago a month before the event but last minute i was notified that the supplier can't get this item. so i have to switch it.

Food was average.

suppose to set up by 1pm, but late, set up at about 1.30pm. collection supposed to be 4.30pm, came at 1.30 AM to collect. poor arrangement, no one to contact as it was on the weekend, could have at least indicated the drivers contact number.

The food came cold and tasteless. Was quite disappointed as the reviews were good and our expectations were high.

Ordered the 15 pax for 11 pax. Food was too little even for 11 pax (which included 7 females).
Honest Taste review:
The mee siam was dry, hard and tasted mediocre.
Oven baked honey chicken didn’t taste the “oven” nor the honey. Probably at best it can be described as chicken with some faint seasoning. Wheat prawn had very little cereal toppings. The curry samosa wasn’t crispy on arrival so we had to reheat it ourselves using the air fryer. On the other hand, the Otah and baked fish was pretty decent. Best items off the menu was probably the yam paste which was not too sweet and the eclair. Nonetheless there was only 15 eclair so if there were 15 guest, 1 person could only have 1. It was also funny that the caterer supplied small paper plates (dessert type) instead of the regular sized ones. Overall, I had better experience with many other caterers for the same/less price so I’m out.

During peak seasons, the quality of the mass production is worse than non-peak season. It is unsuitable for mass production especially like christmas,new year,etc..

Food was cold as it arrived a bit late (6.45pm) and there is no one answering the call (you are not sure where are they coming or not). Caterer should at least provide the deliveryman contact no.
Too many prawns dish (6 out of 8 dishes contain prawn) and food was already cold when we eat (as most items we ordered are fried items)

Disappointed with the food received last Saturday, 09/10/2021, well, most of the dishes like Curry Chicken, Salted Egg Fish & Four Season Vegetables are too salty and packaging for curry in bad shape so no choice but to transfer to our pot.

Overall portion was decent, 2nd time ordering and this time i ordered the not popular items. Indeed it wasnt as tasty as the popular recommended items.

Last minutes was told food item will be replaced. food arrived 10 minutes earlier but all cold. food taste was good but unfortunately cold.

Food is generally ok but with the price paid for it, not worth the money. I ordered kailan with pacific mushroom but they deliver broccoli with mushroom instead. And it is the worst dish out of all. Not really cooked fully.. Curry chicken is with very less potato. Yam paste and salted egg with fish skin are nice but fish skin is soft.
