This was not the 1st time order from this caterer, the food was not as good as before.
1) pineapple rice - doesn't taste any pinapple
2) honey drumlets - have friend comment, taste like it had not be
de-frost properly
3) curry chicken - taste ok but would prefer the sauce to be thicker
4) mini fruit tart- last mins change due mango pudding to supplier not able to provide the crust. But the mango pudding not smooth.

overall, friends not satisfied with food this round. hope they can improve better.

The food is decent and set up is done on time.

The staff whom I spoke to was friendly and able to accomodate to some changes in menu. Quantity was enough for the guests. Guests liked the wheat prawns and found the steamed otak pocket pau interesting.

Caterer was late for the delivery of the food and set up. However they gave a courtesy call to inform us of the late arrival. But, they were still quite late. The food was okay. However, the portion for side dishes were a bit to little for the amount of pax I have ordered.

Generally, the food is nice.

The food delivered was not so hot but overall it's nice.

The entire set was pretty bad. I ordered from food line for an Xmas party some 3years ago from another caterer and food was very very impressive. I thought this caterer will be good given the good reviews online. But food was quite bad. The butter rice was too dry, breaded scallops was tasteless, feels like rubber, yakitori was horribly tasteless, the only edible things were the ham and veg. Those was good.
