Short of an item - mini tarts. So the dessert table looks bare.

Though Sales person was nice to change the buffet setup to simple packaging and packet drinks were catered but
Delivery man was very rude and keep rushing us to pick up the food and insisted us to sign the delivery form without giving me a chance to check through the items because he needs to rush off.

Good service, food not bad but the rice is bit too dry, cereal prawns can be improved. Will consider ordering again. Thank you

The dishes were all yummy, none that were not nice and the portions were more than enough for my 55 pax party. Only thing was that the icing on the happy cupcakes had too much food colouring which is not kid-friendly nor tongue-friendly (imagine our guests having pink, blue and yellow teeth and tongues in the photos, lol).

Overall, it's pretty good value for money and I would definitely consider ordering from eCreative again.

Food items selected were not bad and portion just nice.. we had the free item promotion (tempura prawn) when we ordered so it’s more value for money!

Delivery was punctual, set-up was fast and fuss-free, food was good.

Honey drumlets were burnt badly and not consumable.
Orange sauce was given instead of mango sauce. This was not informed by the caterer.
Feedback these to the caterer but they did not bother to reply my email.

Pros:
Good food. Setup was on time. Reasonably priced.

Cons:
Our event is 11-2pm, they need 1hr to setup so they came at 10am. And collection will be 4hrs from their setup time meaning caterer was there for collection just before 2pm. May not be ideal if you have guests still hanging around. Also, the people who collected the setup actually threw the food warmer into the plastic garbage bag and burnt a hole with smoke coming out and guest have to pour water over to put it out, not sth one would expect from experienced staff.

Lastly, the fruit punch ran out although we catered for enough people (there were still food left). Thus, those opting for dessert which are not water based (e.g. I opted for mango pudding which I felt was yummy) may need to consider have additional beverage option on standby.

Friendly customer service & delivery man. Set up done on time. Overall food was good. Need to improve on the vegetarian bento meal.

The food is nice and kept warm especially the sambal prawn, teriyaki chicken stick and otah bun. Able to set up early before our event. Drink too sweet :)

Delivery & setup was late for 45mins.Theme setup was normal. Yam paste w gingko nut was nice but yam paste was too little.
