Food were just okay, definitely can be better. Quantity was disappointing though. Ordered for 40pax but seems like 30pax or lesser.

Food was generally cold even after an hour of heating after setup. Taste was not up to expectations. Fast food restaurants would probably do better than this.

Salted egg chicken was dry and hard. Fried rice was literally plain like cooked rice. The yam dessert was the worst of all.

Presentation of food did not appeal to our guests. Given a choice, we will not choose Ecreative again because of poor food quality.

Food portion too little, especially Lemon fish. The chef cut small pieces and portion looks like only for 10 pax. cutlery supplied only 1 tong & 1 small ladle for all the food.
Bad experience.

The decorations was nice but my guests give a negative feedback on my ordered menu.The food delivery arrived around 1030 and very professionally setup the decoration and layout the food.
Unfortunately,our Ang Ku Kueh was not able to supply due to supplier had closed for Chines New Year

Generally the food is average. No particular item stands out.

The set was late.
And I need to keep chase for them.

The food not too fresh

Setup was presentable and nice, however the delivery reached 1 hour before arranged time.
Delivery man is efficient and able to set up the whole buffet table single-handed.

Serving of the food is moderately sufficient for our order of 40 pax.

Quality and taste of food is acceptable, however, could be improved.

The caterer was an hour late which resulted in delay in the start of the party . The food portion was generally small but taste was okay . However , the mee siam only has bee hoon and no other ingredients which was really disappointing as i specially ordered it because I was told that it was their speciality .

We held a 2 days event, and ordering process was relatively smooth, food was average. Caterer collected the trays on time for the 1st day.

However, on the 2nd day, we arranged for them to pick up the trays at 6pm, and at 6.45pm, the caterer was nowhere to be found. After making some calls, they told me that they will only reach at 7.30pm. When we feedback that we had to lock up and leave, the cater asked if we could move the tables and trays out of the rented space ourselves.

Note: we made payment upon delivery of the food. Would recommend to pay only after they have collected the trays.
