Engaged this buffet catering service for my house warming event last week and ordered food for 55 pax. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing and fell far below reasonable expectations.

Firstly, the yam paste was unacceptable. It was essentially just coconut water, with no yam paste content at all. This is a basic dish and such a mistake should never have passed quality checks.

Secondly, despite requesting food labels in advance and being assured that they would be provided, none were included. This caused confusion among guests, especially those with dietary preferences or restrictions.

The food temperature was another major issue. Even with warmers provided, the food was not warm, which significantly affected the dining experience.

The curry chicken was poorly prepared. The chicken pieces were excessively large, making it inconvenient to serve and eat and the dish was overly oily, which many guests commented on.

The lychee punch was extremely diluted and tasted more like plain water than a beverage.

Most importantly, the portion size delivered did not match what was ordered. While I paid for 55 pax, the amount of food served felt closer to 40 pax at best, which is unacceptable for a paid catering service.

As this food was served to my guests, many of them expressed dissatisfaction and questioned the quality of the catering. This put me in a very embarrassing position as a host and I was extremely disappointed that such basic and obvious issues were not checked before delivery.

Presenting food in this condition reflects very poorly on the company’s service standards. Overall, this experience did not meet expectations and I would not recommend this catering service based on my experience.

Buffet arrived on time and service is good. The staff is polite and quick.

Food wise it’s okay. Nothing too fantastic but the butter prawn is really fragrant. I like the pineapple rice too.

Down side. Cereal fish’s cereal is on the little side.
Broccoli tasted a little sour.

Also… the food takes forever to heat up. I don’t know why. ? maybe they can work on their canister.

Overall, I do think it’s very value for money. But just don’t expect superb quality food:

ECreative Catering reached out earlier to confirm on timing and order. The food was delivered on time. Food was generally good. Portion for the rice and noodles are alot. But the portion for the dishes for the other dishes are not as generous. Generally still ok if not fussy about food.

Ordered catering from E‑Creative Catering for a baby shower event for 30 pax. The food setup was well done and the overall food spread looked good. However, some guests felt that the dish portions were a bit on the small side, while the carbohydrate options like rice and noodles were more than sufficient. It would be great if the caterer could consider increasing the portions for the dishes. That said, overall it was a very good experience, and I would be happy to order from them again in the future.

Good servings for the 100pax, setup was efficient and aligned to requests for space constraints. Food portions are ok, fried chicken wings a bit too dry / hard; prawns were deep fried, log cakes appreciated

Half the food arrived cold, prob cos of no warmers. Prawn salad came with shrimp rather than prawns - see photos n there were only 9 pieces of salmon for my order of 10 pax. There were more than enough Sotong balls n fried finger food. For the price paid, cannot have too high expectations.

The Ecreative food catering staff came on punctual when setup the food and fast in it also. My guests said the food is not bad and the portion is more than enough (consider big portion) for us to eat finish. Also the food very fast heated up by the warmer can be ready served to my guests before their arrival. The guests enjoy eating the tasty food when it can be serve to eat. Especially the chef's wok-fried rice with silver fish, prawn paste chicken mid joint, deep fried ngoh hiang, broccoli with mushroom and honeydew sago most of them said is delicious and yummy?

The food were delivered 1 hour early. food is okay and tastes decent. the dishes are enjoyable and filling.

Mini burgers were a hit with the kids!! All gone before I can take a photo!!! Curry veg is also a crowd favorite , pair well with fried rice!! Crispy dumpling is yummy too. Overall Food is good!!
