The caterer’s table cloth for the buffet table was full of stains, it’s quite off-putting. Also the delivery and collection guys were very hasty and create a huge ruckus when loading and unloading the food carts. Overall food is good but service and presentation could be better.

Overall good service and good food. Would definitely order the next time. Hassle free experience, everything was handled professionally.

The food so so and for the portion
Of 30pax quite little, among all only curry chicken is nice, the broccoli in Lo Han chye was sour, chicken wing (My additional order, shd not order this) and tempura prawn (free) got weird taste and not nice. Thai style fish not very good. The catering equipment quite dirty n abit rusty.

Overall, my guests find the food good, hence we made the right choice in choosing eCreative. Generally value for money. The white cauliflower in Lo han chye could have been cut into smaller pieces. They are too huge, creating inconvenience while eating, hence many were left after the event.

In general, I'm satisfied with the food and service. The whole process of ordering was very straightforward, order was confirmed quickly by ecreative after submitting it on foodline. The food was OK with reasonable variety. Punctual setup and collection. I took the full month package from ecreative so I didn't have to worry much about the decor and the red eggs for my baby's full month. Decor was not too bad.

Value for money food that exceed expectations in terms of taste and portion. Able to accommodate request to change the table skirting to ivory colour that fits better to the party theme. Kids loved the mini sausages and the ebi fry. Agar agar n fruit tarts not very well received though.
