Ordered to baby full month. The portion is big, but the food is quite disaapointing. The mid joint wing is dry and towards salty side. The curry chicken is plus.

I requested the food to be delivered by 12:00 PM, but the delivery driver only arrived at 12:20 PM. My Director had been waiting since noon, and the late delivery caused inconvenience during an important company event. Please take note we were being promised the driver will arrive between 11am - 1130am!

What was most disappointing was the lack of communication. The driver did not provide any explanation for the delay, so we were left wondering why the delivery was late.

The food itself was good—tasty, not overly oily, and not too salty. However, the delivery service was very poor and did not meet expectations for a corporate event. To make matters worse, Ecreative Catering did not offer any compensation, apology, or refund for the delay.

Overall, while the food quality was satisfactory, the delivery service and customer support were disappointing. I would expect better reliability and accountability for time-sensitive corporate orders.

Ordered 9 dishes but Only give 1 serving spoon and 1 tong ? How they expect us to eat the curry and deserts? Serving spoon too expensive to give? And food portion is quite less.

Curry chicken is good, ginger onion fish too BUT mee goreng couldn't make it. This dish was left untouched (see image).

Food mediocre only rendang taste good. Ordered a vegetarian bento but they didn’t deliver. Honeydew sago is tasteless (forgot to put sugar ?). Tartar fish fillet meat is tough. Vegetable is tasteless. Was recommended this caterer by a friend but not sure if I’m just unluckily to be met with disappointment. Will not order from this caterer again. On a side note the delivery man who did the setup is super helpful and have good attitude, thank you.

The desert was very very little. It was only sufficient for 20 pax maximum and there was a lot of coconut. Overall, the food was average worht the value. Nothing fantastic but nothing bad as well. Delivery time however was way too early. We ordered for it to come between 5.30-6pm. However, it arrived at 4.15pm. This was highly unacceptable I feel. And this was after I delayed it for 15 mins. It wanted to come at 4pm to deliver.

Food is so little for 30pax and the cost is $16 per pax with such little food. Disappointed with the amount of food catered.

Food was ok and edible. Just that some of the dishes came too salty like Hong shao beancurd and fried fish with special sauce. Prawn paste chicken wing was also too fried and hard.

Very disappointed with the quality of the food and the service. Mixed veggies turn sour and completely not edible. Late collection of the buffet setting after 10pm which is supposed to be at 9.30pm.

While I understand the CNY season is busy, the caterers arrived nearly an hour late. The setup was underwhelming and lacked any real presentation. While the main courses were acceptable, the dessert (Ginkgo nuts with yam) was extremely disappointing; two scoops for 40 guests was insufficient, forcing me to supplement with my own canned fruit. I will not be ordering from here again.
