Ordered for 33 pax buffet with 1 bento set for vegetatrian.

Delivery man came do the set up with exact number of 33 paper plate. And also forgot to unload the vegetatrian bento set and drive off.

Food presentation and portion is OK. Taste wise Ok but can be improved.

My delivery time was 6pm but they came at 6:50. My girl was panicked to see the food wasn’t here yet as she asked them to come at 6:15pm. The sambal fish was not fully cook and I have to ask my guest not to eat the sambal fish, its totally raw. The food cannot last long most of the food turn sour with smell at around 10pm. But the delivery man was very polite and apologies for his lateness. My invoice put I need beige table clothe but they put maroon table cloth and the delivery man told me he wasn’t informed. Quite disappointed with this caterer!

Due to the self collection, they dont provide Fruit punch, so change a salad for me, I am happy as they are flexiable. Then when the food serve on the table, I almost faint, I remember they said mix veg salad is green veg with egg, so my vegetarian guest can eat but it's come with Tuna, raw onion, raw capsicum & some dried carriot, once look every body shake their head, end up no body eat, whole tray throw away. Wasted.

I feel so embarrassed, because I am the one who introduces this caterer to them, in the end beside fruit tarts, Mini Butter Croissants & the free cake finished, the rest almost more then half all throw away, even sotong ball usually are the hot favorite, but also throw because the commented too hard & tasteless. Disappointed.

Food and service was average. Food portion was just sufficient. Setup is nice. I was told that setup takes about a hour and hence they have to come way earlier before my event starts. However, the setup only takes less than 15 minutes on the actual day. The food turn cold before the event ends.

The staff forgot to bring the plastic fork and nothing they can do as they rushing to another place. Service needs to improve.

One of the dishes is incorrect and replaced by another dishes.

The buffet was set up at least 1 hour earlier before the event so the food had turned cold when the guests arrived.
The collection of the buffet should be at 3pm but the deliveryman did not turned up. We called Ecreative hotline many times but could not get a response. As we need to clear off the function room for the next booking, we had no choice but to help the caterer to remove the buffet set up (buffet trays, tables, skirtings etc) out of the function room. We waited for the deliveryman for at least 2 hours and still he did not turned up. As there was no way we could contact the caterer or the deliveryman, we left the buffet set up outside the function room.
To our horror, the condo management office called the following day to inform that the buffet set up has not been cleared off and demanded us to get it cleared asap as it was causing obstruction. We called up Ecreative to demand them to clear the buffet asap but they took near to 5 hours to clear it (in which we received many calls of complain from the condo management during the 5 hours and we had to rush back from work to settle the matter). We were really disappointed that no apology was made throughout the incident.
This has caused us much inconvenience and unhappiness. We had to pay a penalty to the condo management because of the blunder made by ECreative.
We have never came across such a irresponsible caterer!

I ordered portions for 60 pax but the quantity of some dishes was not even enough for 20 pax. I emailed to ask if there was a mistake and sent them a photo. I have ordered from more than 30 caterers for various events and this is the very first time I had this encounter of grossly under-provision. So I thought it was a very honest mistake. But they responded that their portions are always correct. So... this is the risk you have to take if you order from this caterer. All the best.

Portions are too little. Food ran out really quickly. The caterer forgot to pour the gravy for the Thai Style Fish. So it was really dry. Other than that, my guest finished every single food item on the menu.

Food supposed to come at 11.30am but only arrive around 12.35pm. All warehouse staffs came to main office to wait for food and need to rush back to work at 1.30pm. Driver was stuck at Jurong Island, so my food arrive already cold. by the time set-up, my guys start eating as rushing back to work. call Ecreative so many times, then someone say the lady I spoke to earlier when for lunch ( no responsibility), haven't settle my case when for lunch. another lady answer phone. before the food came I chase a few times. Pineapple rice not so cooked. But I cant deny that the Luo Han Chye and Crystal Dumpling and Honey Prawns are really Nice ! Yummy. I cant blame driver for being stuck at Jurong Island. the caterer should get two different van to send the food. and last thing, the water was dirty, they claimed that that took the wrong dispenser( it was meant for coffee actually). but no one dare to drink. (a lot of black dots in the water), see pic ... although they compenstate here and there but I was under pressure with 30 pax ! I have to go round to apologise to all the staffs... very bad experience.. first they deduct $60 ( which I return $2 back to each staff). then about the drink they will compensate 2 logcakes and $30 return. supposed to collect trays back at 2.30pm but end up came after my office hour. Infact before this , I did also the staff if they have CYN menu, I might want to order ... but now I a bit worry because CYN is big event for my family ...if they late... I have to face more than 50 pax..
