I was very disappointed as we arranged for caterer to arrive at 5pm, but he only arrived at 545pm and set up done at 6pm. My guests were hungry and waiting for the food.

Food wise was pretty decent but the desserts were not very tasty. Cereal prawns and seaweed chicken was a hit with the guests.

Food was so-so. no many good reviews from guests. food portion was kinda small. set up was normal.

In general food and service in fair.

The delivery was punctual. However, we would like to make a complaint. One of the dishes that we ordered, the Lo Han Chye, tasted weird when we started eating the food, which is around half an hour after the food was delivered.

We noticed that this dish started to turn a little mouldy 1 hour after the food was delivered. (refer to 2nd photo uploaded). We advised our guests not to eat it after seeing the food condition.

When the delivery person came to collect the stuff after our event, we informed the person that one of the food has gone back. He advised that we take a photo of the food and then inform the office when it opens.

Overall, this is a bad experience as we paid for 10-course buffet but only 9 courses are edible.

We hope that the caterer will give us a satisfactory answer for this.

Overall food taste so so only.

Quantity acceptable for 30pax.

Pine Apple rice is nice .

Prawn is fresh.

Sushi not so nice

Food Variety is good, Food is too cold, Oven Baked Honey Drumet is too salty, food taste can be improved. Not much decorations on setup.

The Lo Hon Chye dish was spoilt.
Few of my guests ate and when I found out the dish spoilt,and I quickly put aside.
This is the only vegetable dish and it break the image of ECreative Catering.
It is not even the staffs has given me any explanation or even say will help us feedback to factory.
This is the worst experience I have in catering thru Foodline.
I hope Foodline have read this review and do something about this.

The service is very bad. When i first make a booking, i did received a call from the caterer a few days later for confirmation.

Thereafter, i make some changes to increase from quantity from 30 pax to 42 pax. I have drop them an email but did not receive any response from them after few days. I called them up and they said to wait for phone call from them to confirm the revised order. I waited another 1 or 2 days,and still no news at all. I call them up again to reconfirm my booking is for 42 pax and they finally confirm via phone and email.

On the event day, The delivery came late at 1145am. My event start at 12 noon. The worst part is they were suppose to come for collection at 4pm, and they ended up coming at 845pm. They are 5 hour late and We have to stay till so late just to wait for them to come for collection.

This is totally unacceptable and very bad service.
There is also no point of contact for the deliveryman. we are unable to contact anyone.

During collection of the trays, the delivery guy clear the remaining food by throwing them directly into the bin. He did not throw them in a bag first before throwing into the bin.

It has cause much inconvenience to us. Furthermore, the potato for the curry chicken is not well cooked.

Overall, my guests feedback that the food wasd only average. Satay and chicken wing was very dry. Satay sauce were too watery. Crystal dumplings is not nice and it tasted funny like spoiled. Eclaire didn't taste nice at all.
Only curry chicken was okay. The others so so okay.
Delivery was on time but collection was late by more than an hour.

The vegetables already turned sour before the buffet begins.
