The caterer arrived punctually. Food were presentable and appetising. It is my second order from this caterer within this year.

The delivery timing is prompt and punctual. Food portion is generous and tastes not bad. Economical and value for money.

Overall, it was a pleasent experience. This caterer is good, and able to confirm fast in the order!

The food was nice but was quite disappointed that it did not come in a thermal food bag. The food were delivered in a box which couldnt keep the dishes warm upon arrival.

Although I had never came across Ecreative however I am awed with the food presentation and what makes it better, my guests all conveyed positive feedbacks.

The food came promptly even though it is Christmas Eve.. food is generally quite decent but it was quite cold so have to heat up esp the fried stuff. Butter rice doesn’t taste nice.. the rest errr acceptable... the free log cake was good!

My guests commented kampong fried mee siam is the best.

Had a last minute decision to hold a housewarming cum Xmas eve party and went ahead to call eCreative Caterer as i have actually ordered this same caterer 2 times previously, for my baby’s full month and my grandfather-in-law’s birthday. Love the price of the food per pax and the food is also delicious, some than others. Love the efficiency of the caterer, confirm my order the day after i placed the order. Overall: I would certainly recommend this caterer to my friends and family.

I ordered portions for 60 pax but the quantity of some dishes was not even enough for 20 pax. I emailed to ask if there was a mistake and sent them a photo. I have ordered from more than 30 caterers for various events and this is the very first time I had this encounter of grossly under-provision. So I thought it was a very honest mistake. But they responded that their portions are always correct. So... this is the risk you have to take if you order from this caterer. All the best.

Prompt confirmation call from the caterer the following day after I placed the order. Food portion was good and taste is also good especially the bee hoon. But one thing we are abit upset is that we requested for food to be ready by 12.30pm and it arrived slightly before 11.30am which is way too early for mini buffet. The food was already cold when guests arrive. And be ready for lots of fried items. I guess what you pay is what you get.
