Overall is a good experience with the food and the service.

We suggest the caterer do also provides serving ladles and tongs in the catering packages.

This is our 2nd order and the service and taste is consistent.

Really average food. Nothing impressed me.

Delivery and customer service is good. Food wise is value for money but not crowd pleaser. Tempura prawn is on the dry side and would prefer it to be stored in warmer. Likewise, it will be nice if ang ku kuehs can be served in steamer for better presentation and texture.

Do not suggest to order cereal Prawn as guest does not eat that at all due to all lazy to remove Prawn shell. Should order deshelled Prawn dish instead.

Overall service were great! Except the customer service hotline to confirm order were terrible.

The balloon could not last long, please use a better helium !

The food is ok but the portion is very little. I ordered for 56 pax and the drinks is just 1 dispenser. I had to go out to buy my own drinks and top up. Halfway through my event the food is already finishing, it's pretty embarrassing for us as we still have guests coming. Sorry but this might be the first and last time I'm ordering from them.

I would like to give my feed back. Usually, my family places order from Indian catering for all functions. But, this time round I wanted to try something different thus, searched online and found E Creative. Honestly, I was in fear after placing orders. As I didn't know what would it be like and if my decisions were right. Guess, I made the right choice. The two uncles who came to setup up the place were friendly and fast. The cupcake table was done lovely and all my guest loved the food. Every one commented on how delicious the food was. Not sure of the uncle name who delivered to my house, he really did a good job. He even helped clear our trash bags despite him being alone. Definitely the money was worth spending. cheaper than many caters out there. Thank you so much E Creative team for making my little boy's celebration a success! I will definitely order again from you guys. Good value for money and good service by the caterer. Includes free setup for baby shower which was a nice touch. Free cupcakes were so so but can't complain since they were free. Overall was good.
