Unpleasant order process when I realised that the price I'm paying for 30Pax mini buffet (7 dishes; without set up, warmers, return collection) is the same as a normal buffet for 30pax ( 10 dishes and all the frills). I was not informed by the order staff of the ridiculous price that I was paying for less! For 30 pax and less trouble for them, I should be getting a normal buffet to be fair.

Felt seriously shortchanged and experience was worsened by the unconvincing explanation by the support staff. (It's the management pricing setting no choice. ) to make things worse, the order staff messed up my request to increase pax and insisted it's a decrease of number of pax despite she quoted me the final figure of the increased number. In the end, I have to go to the mall to get more food for my guests.

Food is ok, but seriously the company needs to work on crisis management and customer service to retain customers. First of all, review your mini buffet and normal buffet. Train your staff to advise customers on what they are getting and not trying to pull a fast one.

Value for money. However can leave without the swiss roll. I find that it is a bit too dry. The chicken pie is nice

In general, the food is pretty good and value for money. The delivery and collection are also on time.

The food was nice and just right in quantity. The delivery was late and the collection a bit messy other than this everything else is great.

Most of the food dishes were pretty good, we love the curry samosa and thai style chicken the most. The mango fish tasted a little bland with rough meat texture.

Ordered for 15 pax but we had 1/4 leftover for the rice, others at appropriate amounts. The ready-to-eat timing was 12pm but the food came 10mins before 11am so it turned a little cold when eaten. (probably can liaise with the caterer on the timing?)

The food came with a bottle of chili sauce, ketchup and good quality disposable utensils (plates, spoons, forks, rubbish bags, serviettes, tong and spork)

There were spillages but not a big problem.
