The delivery was punctual. However, we would like to make a complaint. One of the dishes that we ordered, the Lo Han Chye, tasted weird when we started eating the food, which is around half an hour after the food was delivered.

We noticed that this dish started to turn a little mouldy 1 hour after the food was delivered. (refer to 2nd photo uploaded). We advised our guests not to eat it after seeing the food condition.

When the delivery person came to collect the stuff after our event, we informed the person that one of the food has gone back. He advised that we take a photo of the food and then inform the office when it opens.

Overall, this is a bad experience as we paid for 10-course buffet but only 9 courses are edible.

We hope that the caterer will give us a satisfactory answer for this.

Lots quite well received and my guest were happy with the good. Setup and tear down was quick and smooth. Will consider ordering with the same company next time!

Came a little too early (clarified on phone to get ready by 1pm, but came at 11:30pm). But set up and tear down was done well and place was left clean. Tables and chairs delivered as stated. Food was good and kept warm despite delivering early. Overall good experience.

Overall is a good experience with the food and the service.

We suggest the caterer do also provides serving ladles and tongs in the catering packages.

This is our 2nd order and the service and taste is consistent.

Really average food. Nothing impressed me.

Delivery and customer service is good. Food wise is value for money but not crowd pleaser. Tempura prawn is on the dry side and would prefer it to be stored in warmer. Likewise, it will be nice if ang ku kuehs can be served in steamer for better presentation and texture.
